Thank you for the super chats that day in Nagano! I got a big basket of apples from a local farmer and the last 3 went into this crisp which Leo and Kanae loved. The pie 🥧 got eaten too fast before I could snap a shot. Some of the world’s best apples are here in Japan but I’m a big biased with my appraisals 😉 don’t ask me for a recipe! Early Access! This is quite a Thanksgiving Adventure for those on Turkey 🦃 weekend and everyone else, a mountain paradise in autumn! Hiking around Japan is one thing I hadn’t done enough of and glad I got to meet the great people in Japan Long Trails and Nagano / Niigata!
