In China! ... heading back slowly 🚢
Peking Duck Dinner! It’s a touristy thing to do here, but in Peking, you have to have the duck, right? I arrived yesterday afternoon and will be here for the day then return to Japan by boat from Tianjin to Nagasaki. I’ll be back in Tokyo on the evening of the 19th so I’ll be able to reply to messages then. I’ll certainly share some photos and stories with you in the next Q&A this month! John

The thing is — it’s sort of a video to respect the life of livestock while alive and thus respect the meat more and maybe eat better sourced meat, which is all actually good! ... but opinions are strong and I understand the times we live in.
