House sketch 1
There's a few marker sketches of Victorian houses in my sketchbook, as well. Despite the period appropriateness they weren't for or from NTO, though.

While looking for sketch book material to scan for Volume 2 I ran into this unfinished marker sketch of Diamondback Ridge. I remember doing this while doing marker drawings with my then-2 year old son. The general comp became the basis for the Diamondback Ridge holiday card as well as a panel in book 8.
