The reason for this that im working a lot of overhours at the moment even on the weekend, and i didnt find the time or strengh to do a video yesterday and today.

Got my hair trimmed today 😄

Improvements

Stopping gaining for a while and just maintaining my weight for not even a month already showed improvements on my mobility. im less out of breath by walking and my pulse went down from 140bpm to 128bpm from "walking" from my car to the office. Might start trying to pack on again before the end of the month.

Also tbh it was somehow a torture, it was so hard to keep me from just pigging out all the time and my mate constantly had to remind me to not eat all the time. 😅

Apology for being absent this week

Im sorry if it seemed i was absent this week, first i had a lot of stress at work and yesterday my father got hospitalized. But at least nothing serius and to worry about, and hopefully he can leave the hospital by tomorrow.

Screwed up order

Ugh, KFC ruined my evening yesterday. They screwed up our order. My mate and me ordered together 3 dipping buckets (one for him), 16hotwings, 3 original pieces of chicken.

 And 1 bucket, 3 of 12 dipping sauces, 1 sidedish was missing. The bad thing is that kfc is 40km away from us and we noticed it after a 35min drive home...... At least i could call them and i might get a free bucket next time but i went hungry to bed -_-

CPAP

First night with the CPAP and i slept good, wonder how i feel during the day. And sorry if you that foto is a bit creepy i just feel good this morning 😅
