More portraits! The first is from the stream. Something went wrong, and my girl doesn't look as nice as on photo reference. 2 and 3 were made right before creating the Twitch channel, so there are no speedpaints for them. Unfortunately, I don't know who's the first girl, but 2 and 3 is actress Lucy Boynton. I didn't hear about her before finding her on Pinterest. She looks pretty, and I want to draw more portraits of her Х)

Environment studies

Drawing environments is my weakest skill, and I'm trying to improve it by practicing from photos. And I need it because I want to draw more interesting artworks with girls.

These studies I made on last week's Twitch streams.

Twitch will be automatically deleting stream videos after 2 weeks, so I make speedpaints. I upload such quick videos on YouTube, and they are available only for my patrons by links. After several days videos will become public, and I'll post them on other platforms.

I did it!

This was quite a hard picture and I don't know why. I started it in November and even made a 3d model to understand pose and if shadows drop the way I want. I tried to make the picture more interesting by showing color effects between warm light and cold shadow.  

Need a rest now. Then I want to repeat anatomy to fill knowledge gaps and to do other drawing studies, which I also plan to post here.

Here are sketches for the commission I've recently started. 

This is Ash from Overwatch. She's wearing a custom design here. 

Usually, I start with a line sketch. But this time I started with colors to achieve particular proportions, understand forms and colors, which would fit in this custom design. And when these things became clear to me and the commissioner, I've made sketches.

My next step is to make clean line art for the last of these pictures.

As I want to work faster, to create more ideas, I decided not to render artworks in detail yet. Rendering takes a lot of time because I don't always understand how light must fall on the body or what color tone or hue must fit better. Now I start to make simple color fill for line art pictures and finalize them in the future when there will be more free time. And here you see such coloring which I finished today.
