1.) I placed the lot and there were rainbow/purple colored items with question marks on them...
This means that you're missing the texture files for that object. Some CC creators, namely Peacemaker, separate the textures from their meshes. Since the separate texture file is not actual CC placed on the lot, Tray Importer won't recognize it as a file to include in my download. I love, love, love this house. Architecturally, I guess we can call this a modern, mountainous, brutalist...farmhouse? It's got a little bit of everything in it. The interior style choice is sort of Scandinavian, in that it uses a lot of deep wood tones, concrete and white. I also made it a point to not really clutter it up as the simpler vibe fits it best!
