Apparently I felt like drawing a bunch of "sexy" things this week (as has been pointed out in a few places) though I guess I didn't realize it, lol. I dunno, I guess when you're drawing some work mutant things crawling in the soil below your feet, it's hard to think of it as sexy at all. You know, I guess it goes hand-in-hand with the juxtaposition of cute Martians combined with the terrifying Long Night. Though a dash of sexy aspects into the mix and really make it a confusing thing to...

The dangers of earth have fallen upon Redvault. Will we be able to pull through and continue life in our young home? Can we survive and perhaps even thrive in the Long Night?
Thanks a bunch, m'bastards. I will never not appreciate your help.
Still enjoying it! Had wayyy too much fun drawing the little items in this episode. The little cheese things? The scroll? The laptop? Friggin love it. Also been pretty fun drawing the different martians and their clothing.
Aesthetically, Bleb the trader is my favorite character in anything i've done.
Things continue lazily along in the martian settlement known as Redvault. Starting to get pretty 'durned comfortable, even. Might be a bit foolish, but you gotta enjoy the little things, eh?
Thanks you guys. Always, always appreciated.
Did it for some dude. Figured you guys could get a kick out of it.

The few times I've drawn for Long Night episodes I didn't have a very easy time with it. It was fun to do, but it can be hard trying to draw dark and edgy stuff with that futuristic sci-fi touch. This time I figured I'd change it up a bit and just totally do what I want and overall I feel it was pretty successful. If anything, it was a lot more fun.
Oddly took a lot of inspiration from from a show called "The Littl' Bits" that used to run on tv when I was very young. I thought it'd be...
Earth of the far future. It's children have succumbed to the mysteries and magic of science and space. Civilization now hangs as a dying parody of what it once was. Genetically tortured mutants and cybernetic terrors now roam the blackened plains of our home. But a small group of martians have arrived to tame carve their own slice of the world's rotting corpse. The Martians of Redvault.
Hey thanks for all your help, dudes. once again. It means a bunch.
These aren't Dwarf fortress related but I thought you guys might get a kick out of them regardless. They're from a tabletop setting my friend came up with. They seemed interesting so I drew them.
It's the fey lord of flowers, mushrooms and the sea.
Heh, guess I forgot to post these, huh? Thanks Xylem for the reminder!

This was some of the most fun i've had while drawing. I was sooo happy to draw some of these things. Makes me want to so a cave fort so we can see them all a bit more.
Hope you liked them, m'dudes
Just a chill little question and answer thing today here, m'bastids. Nothing too thrilling, but I have drawn some rare and exotic cave beasties for you to enjoy. Hope you like em'.
Thanks to Mrs K for all her coloring. Truly a master of the wax.
Also thanks for all your support dudes. It always means so much.

Going to be doing another q+a thing this coming Thursday. I figured it's been a year since the last one so it might be nice (especially since this last episode nearly killed me)
If you haven't seen the last q+a, you might want to give it a watch just to see if maybe your questions been answered already :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-iElLU6Kfc4
Feel free to ask whatever you like!

Orid Ashi, Universes of Wonder. This is a world forged in the fires of conflict and quenched in crimson blood. None who walk these lands do so with a clean spirit for the endless tumult scars all.
Really want to thank all of you for your help through this. You could never goddamn know how much it all means.
This thing is taking an absurd amount of time and I really hoped it'd be out tomorrow morning at the latest, but I'm now aiming for Friday. After that we should be on track for regular Thursday uploads again.
Really gotta thank you all for your patience. You guys really are all the best. Good to know you got my back. Like, seriously. Means a real lot.
Aight. So. This thing (Watchful Eyes #8) has gotten bloated and confusing and the roadblocks keep a-comin', but I'm hoping to have it done by this weekend. Gonna have to trust that it'll be worth the wait and that I won't keep you hanging too too much longer {:)
Thanks for your patience, guys. Lemme know if you have any questions.
Fun pics (as always). Still trying to get a grip oh what subjects to draw minute to minute during certain parts of the video.
Something I didn't mention in this episode is that creepy dwarf god shown at the beginning. The vampire was worshipping him and i've seen vampires in df worship death gods more often than not, so I wasn't too surprised at first. Towards the end of the recording though, I noticed that more than half the fortress worshipped this particular deity which did ...
The Dwarves of Watermaster have a nice, big reservoir ready to be filled with deadly efficient water! They had just better hope all their calculations and brash assumptions about the physics of water were all correct!
Thanks so much, m'bastids. Again and again :)
Now deep within Scorchfountain, The Watchful Eyes are on the Beardless Baron's trail. But With things as they are, can he even be found? Where is Moldath?
Coming down to it now. Thanks for having my back this whole time, y'bastards.

Hey, y'bearded bastards. Figured I'd give you a heads up here. This next episode will be delayed a little bit and now I'm shooting for a Friday release..hopefully. been taking a little extra chewing to get things sorted out correctly and as we near the end here I'm being extra careful with it. Thanks for your patience, it's always much appreciated.
Here it is! Man, really enjoying doing these pics, as i've said in the last installment. Nice to be able to put some *actual* thought into everything!
Also, was pretty glad to explain the whole cavy thing. Some folks seemed pretty concerned over the appearance of the little bastid's. Gotta take things in different directions sometimes, eh?
Like with the elf. I mean, why not make it be some sort of feral-looking woodland warrior? Who says they can't look like that, eh? It...
Troubles begin piling up as the dwarves of Watermaster struggle to complete their dubiously crafted reservoir trap.
Thanks for all your help, m'dudes. Really hope you liked this...also really hope this whole thing works, heh
Man, it sure was weird going back and drawing scenes from Scorchfountain again. Had to dig through my old pics for reference an awful lot. It was pretty refreshing, honestly. Nice to see a mix between the Watchful Eyes characters and those old scenes. Here's hopign we can find out what happened to ol' Scorch, eh?

Yeah, I guess I forgot to post this thing last week, huh? Got a bit wrapped up in that last Watchful Eyes episode I suppose.
This was a fun departure! There were less pictures than usual, but I guess an added benefit of that was that I had a lot more time to think about details in the clothing/general style of everything. Usually I just have to draw something as fast as I can and try not to worry about that sort of thing. Pretty good feedback on it all too which was nice to hea...
