100k Subs

 Well, it's taken 4 years to do it, but the Kruggsmash channel has hit 100k subscribers. I personally have never been one to watch the numbers, but when you think about it, it's kind of amazing.

I couldn't thank you guys enough for all your support/kind words during this trip, but especially lately. Such an outpouring, it all just means so much to mrs K and I.

Excited for the future and all the crazy things we'll see/do with the dwarves. Who knows what sort of adventures ...

Presenting: Bonehead

 Mrs K and I aren't really cat people. We have two dogs and lived/worked in a dog kennel for 15 years, so yeah, dogs. But, someone in town needed to rehome some cats who were said to be very good with dogs and so we figured it might be interesting.

Long story short, we got this one, saw the wishbone pattern on her head and I kinda forced the name Bonehead to stick (mrs K wasn't a big fan) and she's a real great cat. Does well with the dogs. Already part of the family and all that...

Important Upload Schedule Update

 TLDW: Starting with this next thursday, I'm going to be taking every fourth week "off" from now on to do things other than the main video series i'm working on.
  Just really trying to be as transparent as possible with all this, my dudes. Its all pretty uncomfortable stuff and I was reeeally on the fence about even uploading this damn thing, but  I gotta do something.
 Look forward to the future of my channel still. I plan to work on other Dwarf Fortress re...

 Just was not feeling the bigger, full panel pics this week. Also, there wasn't much of anything worth the full panel either I don't think. Sometimes i really just like doing the smaller floating pics instead. I usually try to put one pic per minute of footage but these days i've been putting two if they're the floaty ones.

 Had some fun with this one. Maybe too much fun with some of those battle pics. Gosh that detail is time consuming, but I just love it.

Was neat figuring out some of the new characters. Jal Cactusseized the necromancer looks like a heck of a character and i'm hoping we get to see more of Melbil, the other squad leader.

 Dwarves of Scorchfountain! today I am here, less in an entertainment capacity and more of an informational one! Though, that doesn't mean we can't still have some fun, eh? I've come today to read to you a guide relating to the most valued allies of us dwarves. A group of blue-clad warriors who have served our people since time's dawn. I speak, of course..of the horn beetle.

Scorchfountain Gallery #10

 This episode had some of my all time favorite pics in it I think. That hydra especially. man oh man was that fun. I've always hated drawing hydras because of all the tedious necks, but I really just forced myself to have fun with it and I gotta say, it worked pretty well!

The roc was fun too! And the royals and the helmet artifacts! Just a whole load of neat things.

Scorchfountain Gallery #9

 Descent pics this week I suppose. I really enjoy drawing those Testri's warriors and that leech was a goddamn treat! Mrs K colors fire so darn well.

Drawing the multiple armored dwarves can be extreeemely tedious, but I just layed into it this time. Got that real nice pic of the dwarves assembled and listening to their beardless baron as well as the one where they're all vomiting out of their helm holes. Worked out pretty well!

 A year and a half as passed and the dwarves of Scorchfountain have hit their stride. Arms, armor, skilled warriors. It's time for Scorchfountain to make it's mark.

Feathered Eclipse Gallery

 an interesting little experiment here, for sure. Got some big ol' roc pics, couple more of our boi, Zan the Chronicler and a whoooole load of sketchy, experimental, stylized pics. Still not totally sure how I feel about those sketchy pics. I guess the result came out well enough, but I think I might have to toy around with the style in the future if I try it again. Regardless, it was pretty fun doing something new and i'm glad folks seemed to enjoy it for the most part :)

 A big un' to be sure! Most of the images in this album are just the cinematic pics though. Had to do two of each to get the right effect down. I thought that was pretty darn fun, actually. I really do like trying new things from time to time, but it can be hard to judge how long these things will take! Actually, that little "animated" bit took the better part of a day by itself which is pretty nuts. Glad I managed to get the episode done in time after all that :p
