Just by a day i'm thinking. I had some unexpected things pop up that derailed my already fairly tight schedule and I didn't want to rush the thing out, y'know?
This does however screw up next week's schedule a bit, unfortunately. So, i'm thinking i'll try out some sort of a different video (I have no idea what!) just to stretch the old legs a little.
The following week, Honeystoker will return!

Tell ya, I really enjoyed doing the Colossus pics in this ep. Tried to get cute with the perspective in a few of em' and I hope it worked out!
Also, really enjoyed doing the little Zaneg pics. That was fun :)

I'm sure most of you have seen, but for those who haven't here's the big Dwarf Fortress news that was announced the other day!
Yes, Dwarf Fortress is coming to Steam with new graphics and music. It's going to be a change for sure, but I for one am excited and I think it will be for the best for those astounding Adams Bros. and for our community as well!

I tooootally loved drawing our new squad: The Boarbloods! It's just fun thinking up new armor designs and junk I guess :)
Also really enjoyed doing the Ifin/ Julosm pic. One of my favs I think!
Gota totally slowed down this week because of the big DF news, but I think I managed to catch up well enough!
With goblin armies and a great titan dead at their doorway, the dwarves of Honeystoker should no longer fear their current situation. Yet gear darkness weighs on their un-beating hearts. Can the vampire overcome their fears? Or will Honeystoker be washed away?
Y'all too damn kind.

Don't remember exactly *how* I got these sounds. I think I just made some groaning sounds and some gurgly sounds and layered them on top of each other. If I recall correctly, I did the audio after I drew the beast, and I could just picture it sounding more human-y based on it's big ol' mouth.
Watched someone playing a DF mod that replaced many things in the world with a pokemon related theme. I'm sure that'd be a divisive thing in the DF community, but I found it rather neat. An Excadrill adventurer poking holes into some random Tyranitar was fun to watch!

Fun pics! Reeeeally loved doing the pics of Julosm and the porcupine. Tried my best to make their poses as dynamic as possible!
Also, note that in this gallery there is a pic that was unused. Little bit of an easter egg there.
By the way..skinless porcupine...wouldn't have an spines right? I put way too much damn thought into this one. Like, hair/fur is attached to the skin..and if it has no skin..then no hair (spines)? I dunno. Not to mention the stinger! Where the hell...

*phew* lotta detail in this one. Damn me I just have so much fun drawing sometimes (most of the time). Take a lotta time, but it ends up being worth it to me, and I hope for you guys as well :)

Just realized I could post up these beast sounds I make if someone wants to hear em'.
This one is two different sounds. One is a warbly whistle I made with my lips and the other is some sort of birdlike "barking" sound with a lot of effects added in.
I've always enjoyed making monster sounds. I just feel like it helps to visualize the monster so much better.

Anywho, yeah. Fun pics! Of course as usual my favorites were the snail, beakdog and molemarian (love them beasties) but I did also really enjoy doing the mosus display case pic too. For some reason the thought of his axe wielding skeleton sitting down there for all the world to see is terrifying to me. Probably because it's terrifying.

Wowee. Managed to get done with the recording/editing a *little* early this time around, so I decided to spend the rest of my time on pictures. Managed to get every single one I wanted to do done and THEN some which is great.
Don't know if anyone noticed in the video descriptions but "Brib" (Mrs. K's little sis) did some of the coloring for episode #10 and quite a few more for episode #11. She's also the one who provided the voice for Waterkeeper's Giant. Quite talented! <...
