Monsterkiller Ep.20 - Bom Tecàk Bom

  It's quite the unique home we have here, eh? The threat of beast attacks looms overhead, rogues prowl the halls and then there's the ever-present fear of stepping in a pile of crocodile dung.   Yes, it can be unpleasant at time..but dammit, it's home! 

 ...and just in case you were wondering, Bom Tecàk Bom means Home sweet home in Dwarf-tongue.

DWARF FORTRESS 0.44.11 is Live!

 ....and most likely you've seen it by now! 

 A whole bunch of neat things have been added, too. Now, small settlements will pop up around your successful fortresses and you'll be able to send guards and administrators to some sites. 

 Unfortunately, I haven't had the time to check it out very much but it would *seem* like this update is fairly stable! 

 I'm hoping to switch over to this update in the near future but I gotta make sure Ushangvagush...

 Oh ho! We begin our day with excitement, dwarves! An enormous, disgusting TICK makes it's way towards our home, but will we be able to fend off it's deadly webs? If so, what other terrors will this episode bring? Time will tell..but something tells me..that this time...we can expect a little...fun.

 Sorry I've been a little quiet with the Patreon posts lately. Things have been quite hectic and work is really picking up, due to the looming summer. As always, i'll be trying my best to keep the channel lashed together through the summertime craziness, but if I seem a little quiet-that'd be why!

 Last episode we lost our first sponsored dwarves. Bomrek the Explorer and Adil the Fortress Guard.

 Bomrek was the first dwarf in Ushangvagush to explore the wide, open world and really jump started a new age for Monsterkiller, i'd say. Bomrek now explored the boundless realms of dwarven gods and kings.

 Adil killed (quite a few) monsters and annoying beasts in the fort during his relatively short stint as guardsman and hammerer. Adil now wals the halls of his fathers alo...
