Last night, I went live on YouTube and played a game where the audience pitched keywords to input into an AI music generation model to create deranged creations. The tracks were made chaotically in their entirety without being heard until the final track has been generated.

crash (Original/Alternate Version)

At first glance, the differences with this version of 'crash' and the officially released version are minimal but take a closer listen and you'll find that a lot changed between this version and the final release!

The main difference is obviously the lead melody in this version that didn't make it into the final track. It runs throughout the song and was ultimately cut to provide a more unpredictable and frantic listening experience.

I'm having a really rough day today if I'm being honest. In that roughness, I remember back to when I was at my worst and one of the first songs I wrote that I poured my heart into years and years ago. The track was called "4U" and was featured on a long lost album release forever ago.

I decided to remake this song under the JACKIE pseudonym last year, but it never got finished. It's fitting on this stormy day to offer you this unfinished piece of a cover of a song I wrote over 10 year...

U AREN'T U (Unreleased Track)

Today I come to you with an unreleased interlude from ONYX. This was supposed to be in the middle of the album but the daunting length of the album proved that an interlude under 2 minutes just didn't have a place on this release.

This is an unmastered version as it got the cut before I went through with mastering it so please excuse the rough edges, but I hope you enjoy regardless.

Trapped Outside (Early Demo Version)

Hello extremists,

This is a weird one lol. I present to you a very early version of my song 'TRAPPED OUTSIDE', the final version being included on ONYX.

The first half of this track is fairly similar to the album version aside from it being much rougher around the edges and having a lot more weirdo vocal effects.

Where this track changes drastically is the outro... the ending here is entirely different from the album version and that's all I'll say without spoiling... ;)

KEY TO MY HEART (Demo)

This is more of a freestyle concept piece I worked on for a minute last year. The beat was all over TikTok and I thought "Yeah, I could do something cute with that" so I just laid some vocals unofficially over the beat. None of the lyrics here were written, just recorded entirely off the cuff.

Don't ask about the reverberated horse neigh halfway through the song. It's just for the vibes.

ONYX Cover Concepts

Good afternoon, extremists. <3

With how long it took me to put together ONYX, I was constantly conceptualizing the album cover and trying to create something that wholly matched the vibe of the album. Digging through my computer just now, I found (almost) every concept for the cover that I could find.

I can't imagine the album with any other cover than the one it has right now but it's interesting to think about an alternate timeline where one of these was in it's place.

I really love this track and think it works super well, I was just never a fan of the chorus or how the track kinda fizzles out near the end without much buildup.
