Admin Days!? What about them?

"Admin Days" are structured moments in time you give yourself to tackle essential non-creative tasks that support your beat-making process when you don’t necessarily have fuel in the tank to finish a beat. By dedicating sometime to administrative or preparatory activities, you set yourself up for smoother, more efficient creative sessions in the future! These tasks range from organising your tools to building a library of ready-to-use assets.

So much packed into this episode but let's talk about Envelope Shapers in the Drum Rack, huh!?

I had NO IDEA you could drop envelopes and shapers directly into a drum rack as their own unique pads! By doing this, you can input MIDI notes into the piano roll to affect your drum hits only when they're triggered.

I've attached a quick project showcasing three ideas for using these racks to transform even the most basic rhythms. To keep things clean, all tracks are muted by default, and the Envelope MIDI notes are also muted inside the piano roll.
