March ideas

In order to be able to deliver March files, I'm going to need to do things a LITTLE different for that month. We're going to need to wrap the poll up ASAP at the end of this month so I can once again record sooner rather than later. I normally try to let the poll linger over the first few days of the month, but that's just not going to be possible and still get the files done this time around.

For our SFW file this month, you wanted to indulge in a little bit of self love and I'm absolutely here for it. This is a big part of my ministry as a Sister after having spent most of my life doing the exact opposite of being kind to myself. So... sink back into my clouds and let Daddy help guide you to a path of better love, kindness, and care for yourself.

Tent Fort!

I thought y'all would get a kick out of seeing what I had to do to get rid of some of the echoey bouncy sound issues I was experiencing. I put the unused chairs up on the table and used 3 quilts to build a tent for around me and the laptop/microphone. LOL

But hey, it worked. Editing the SFW file tonight as we speak. It may not be fully done tonight, but definitely by tomorrow. :)

Feb update

So... I tried recording last night, but everything I recorded is unusable. I'm in an interesting position of sitting in a completely empty house and that has certain... audio challenges. Very echoey, ricochet, bouncy vocal challenges. :) I thought I had corrected for them by locking myself in a closet surrounded by blankets and clothes to dampen sound, but instead it left the recordings sounding off and "tinny". So I'm going to try again tonight and do my best to mitigate what I can but keep ...

It's my birthday (with birthday stuff planned) AND I have to travel out of state to go look for where I am going to be living in March. :) Soooooo I need to write/record/finish these files FAST in february.

As mentioned before, I've "frozen" August. This means no charges will occur for any member for the month, as I will not be producing a file. (On the road and too much going on). Towards the end of August, I'll post the request for September file ideas, so get ready and get those ideas queued up :D

[SFW] Jul 2024 - Bolder

This month was meant to be a confusion induction, and it still sort of is... but the industrial, mechanical sound really wasn't working for this file. So I've done more layers sound "round tables" in this one to try and create your desired file... a push to be bolder and braver and more courageous in your day to day life.

Because this file is not my typical file, I also played with making a video for it. Still a basic spiral with some messaging, but I'm learning Premiere Pro in the hop...

This is a bit of a departure from my normal schtick. So I'd be very interested in hearing how this worked (or didn't) for folks. :)

Note: the playback level on this one turned out rather high (new hardware, remote location, etc) so just be careful and set yourself at a lower volume so you don't blow out your ears lol Trying to figure out why it's set so high...

July and August

Hey there... just a quick status update.

I'm still trying to get July out the door, but I think that I may have been a little TOO ambitious with everything going on this summer. In light of that, I will be freezing this patreon for the month of August (ie, you will NOT be charged for August and then things will resume as normal in September). Trying to record and produce these tracks while travelling around the country is a little more challenging than expected. Heh. So to recap:
