Clarifications about Commissions
Hey everyone!
After seeing some confusion about how my slots work, I'd like to take a moment to explain how I handle my commission queue and slots.
I will have the Commission form open for about 2 weeks, in this time I encourage everyone who wants a commission from me to submit a form! If you have more than one idea, then submit it in a separate form.
I read all the forms and reach out to people to confirm the commission ideas. At that point I add your form to my own queue/waitlist which I do not publicly post.
I use my waitlist to fill out my slots. My slots are the commission ideas that I am currently working on. When I finish a commission, I look for another form from the waitlist to fill in the empty slot! If all my slots are full, that does not mean I'm not accepting more commissions.
I do not charge people who are in my waitlist.Only when I am ready to add your commission into one of my open slots will I contact you for payment.
Don't worry if my slots appear to be full, if my commission form is open: I am still accepting commissions. Just be aware that you may have to wait for me to get back to you before I start the project.
After I close the commission form, I'll continue to work through my queue until it's empty. Only then will I set a new 2-week period to open the form again.
I do this to make sure that my queue/waitlist queue doesn't get too long, and that I can respond to new requests in a reasonable amount of time.

Artist Update 15/12/24
Hello!!
So I've gotten through my backlog of art, yippeee!! I'm going to be taking it easy for the rest of December but I plan to reopen commissions in the new year!
My public commission form will be open from:
the 5th of January 2025 until the 19th of January 2025
My commissions will be available 48 hours earlier on my discord!
I've had people express to me that the form is cumbersome or annoying to go through, but I promise it really helps me out with my paperwork and for finding references and information.
I'll be actively going through the form submissions and getting in contact with people while the form is open, but after it's closed I'll just work on whatever workload I have left before deciding when to reopen commissions again :3
