I don't remember shooting her that much, but seems there are these 20 or so shots in the archives. Some go back over a decade, some less. Wild to see, as I always say, because these sort of approaches aren't exactly what I like to do anymore – especially the ring flash shots! Man, I don't even know where my ringer even is haha. I bet it's in a box somewhere.

I'm not even entirely sure what his models name was, as it was a last second referral from a studio owner in Chicago, in 2014. Or possibly 2013? Not 100% sure. I don't know why these previews are so low quality, they seem to be heavily JPEG compressed or something, but I think maybe I was sending proofs to her or an agent or whatever, and these somehow were in a folder labeled "To Send". haha.
Some pretty careless moments of poor file organization back then. I am so meticulous these...

This was Atlanta, as I recall, and about a decade ago. I was using a Sony A7R2 all that summer, for those wondering, and it was the only time I shot anything consistently but Canon in all my career. Went back to my Canons in August. ;)

At some point, I think, a set from this shoot on this private yacht on the Tacoma waterfront ended up in Playboy Venezuela, or something like that. It was a wild shoot, a story for my future memoirs, perhaps. (some of these are edited, some are not).

Apart from these raw shots done in Dallas in like...2013? I think so, yeah. Apart from these, I found a MASSIVE archive of raw files on a drive. All from 2009-2013. It was all sort of tucked away in a folder within a folder within a folder so I forgot it existed. Like some of this shit was before I was even using Capture One. And there is a LOT of truly average and blah work in there, damn. haha.

Found these. I remember using these shots to test some automated editing approaches –– for better or worse. Mostly worse. I wasn't too stoked with the results, but Ains still rocked the shots. I have better edits of these somewhere, just dunno where.
