What are your thoughts so far?
Do you like this direction? I know it’s not much do go on right now XD but to break it down.
You’ll have one character sheet where you mark how many times you’ve invested in each node on the skill tree (might also add the LP cost of each node here? )
And as for the character sheet I need to hand draw the symbols for stamina and mana.
I was thinking something akin to the Yin and Yang symbol for stamina? Perhaps one half being for you...

I am so excited to share this with you all! This is a little oceanic themed skill tree you can use to customise the included leviathan stat block within this document

All branches of the skill tree are complete, I just need to flesh out the "Perfect Forms" on the Technical branch, the "Limit Breaks" from the physical branch and the "Mystic Arts" from the Mystical branch.

5000 words in for these mechanics and I have yet to cover armours.
I think I will release a video on this and simply leave out armours for now.
But I am so so proud of these mechantics and think people are going to love them!
I also plant to release "specific blueprints" for very unique magic items in the future, but for now I'm giving a list of benefits each material can grant a weapon, based on the type of creature you harvest it from.

Been playing around with the main stats and what I would see as the 3 (or 4) main defences
taking a bit of inspiration form 4th edition where instead of saving throws, you had these other set defences instead
You would get these defences by mashing together two of your stats, which may sometime end up cancelling each other out, or even leaving you in the neg...
