My terrible day...

Just letting you guys know what's going on. I know you're all waiting for Humana (and it's almost ready -- just exporting the file from my editor now and then I will upload it and post it). But just so you know I'm not getting lazy on you, here's what my day has been.

I woke up, took care of daily things, then around 10:30am I started cutting Humana together. This process can take anywhere between one and a half to three hours typically. At 1pm I had to take a break. When I logged on today the program that I use to record my screen had an update available. So I updated it. Then when I tried to export the Humana file it just didn't. Then it did but without any audio. Then it did but only the first 4 minutes and 36 seconds. This went on until one when I took a break. Then when I got back to it I decided that the only thing I could do was give you guys a time stamp and post it with just half the video. At least this way you would have my reaction. I exported the broken footage and went to eat. THEN when I came back at about 7pm there was ANOTHER update on the software. Apparently a lot of people were complaining that their videos weren't exporting properly. Go figure. So I re-exported it, re-edited it, and now you have a full reaction to enjoy. I didn't put the end screen on as I usually do and you probably won't get a polished thumbnail (but these things are mostly for YouTube anyway.

I hope you guys enjoy it. I am so sorry it took so long. I planned on having, and should have had, it out by one or two this afternoon. These struggles will not last forever. Everyday I iron out a new wrinkle.... there can't be that many left... can there? .... Guys???? Give me hope here, lol.

Anyway, we also have a new member of our little family today. Say hi to "Lara The Ring Fabian"! I really excited to have them with us.

So here it is. The Discord has arrived. I don't know anything about that platform but it seems to be the easiest way for our little Patreon family to communicate with each other. If you have any suggestions on channels or hashtags or anything just let me know. As you all know by now I am very open to suggestions. 

Fabian Friday Make-Up

So, this is a good news/bad news situation. The bad news is that the video you guys requested for this Friday isn't ready. Some of you know that I've been having some more troubles with file hosting sites and its been a big old mess. Well I think things are finally settled in that department (I know, famous last words, right?) but reuploading and reposting a bunch of videos really ate into my time. So I didn't get the video you voted for in the poll done.

BUT!! The news isn't all bad. See, because I didn't get that video done in time for Fabian Friday, I have another Lara Fabian reaction that got lost a while ago alone side You're Not From Here. So, since I'm letting you guys down on the video you voted for, I'm posting that one today (which just happens to be Tango), and then I will post the one you voted for as a bonus in the next few days (along with a special request from one of our new patrons!). 

I hope the extra video makes up for the slip on my part. Most of you came in very early in this journey for me and you really have been the most patient and understanding bunch. I really can't thank you enough.

File Sharing Update

Hey guys. So I know this Lara Fabian Documentary has been a pain technically and I would be lying if I said that I was completely happy with how I have been able to share other videos either. So I'm trying something completely different. I've signed up for a new software that I've noticed others here on Patreon use and I'm really hoping that this fixes the problem. The 2nd Part the the Lara Fabian Documentary is uploading now. When it's done I will post and, if it works without any problems, I will probably be making an effort to replace a lot of the links in the many of the previous videos I've uploaded.

September Schedule

This is my first attempt at setting and keeping a schedule like this for you guys. Already it's off to a great start as I planned on having it posted by Monday, lol. I know you guys are patient but I will do my best to keep to get caught up and stick to this schedule for the month of September as best I can. 

Tout coming To YouTube!

I just wanted to post this really quickly to let you here on Patreon know that because of my recent bout with this head-cold/allergy thing, I am going to release Tout by Lara Fabian on YouTube this afternoon in about an hour. I was going to wait for a good while before doing this but I have not been able to shoot new videos over the past week or so.

As for Patreon, the Lara documentary will be coming very soon (next day or two) as well as the special request from our newest member, Elizabeth. I had fully intended on getting your request out to you within a couple of days of you making it. I just haven't been able to do anything on camera with this illness I've been fighting. No fun watching me sneeze an blow my nose for 15 minutes, lol. But that is coming soon, as well.
