A few pages of my drafting process

I'm testing the waters with a few opening ideas for how the Perdita graphic novel will begin.

I'm still putting together the script into a cohesive story.

Drawing out drafts like this is helpful for me to figure out if what I want to write will work well in comic format. I dunno for sure if I'll use these pages or if I'll change the layouts any if I do use them just yet.

I've attached a time-lapse of the creation of these test drafts as well.

almost done, just a few tiny details to add in and we're good to move on to the next one. 

Details in question are the menus on the table, to give them some sort of logo.
Honestly, it will probably just be like, a leaf or something with the name of the diner. (Last of Us reference 😌)

Perdita Aside - Strip 5 part 1 Progress

Slowly getting through the screen tone process.
Also did quite a bit of adjusting on certain perspective elements that didn't really work.
These are the first few panels that are completed and ready to go (until I inevitably find another mistake and fix it. lol)

Thank you all for being so patient with me when it comes to making these strips.
I do my best, but I can be quite slow given my circumstances.

no tails on the balloons yet, but they'll be there once it's done.
I usually add them at the toning stage, unless I'm procrastinating, then I do them sooner. 😅

i can stream on twitch just fine, but whenever i try on youtube it just doesn't work for me anymore. 

i didn't get a message from them saying why or anything, so i imagine they changed or broke something. outside of that guess, i have no idea why it's not working for me anymore.

Strip 5 part1 pencils

I may finish this strip in parts similar to how I did the last set.
Keeps the work load a bit lower til I have something to show you all if I do it that way; but I'm still undecided on that method, since I'd like for it to be one set of continuous panels for what I've written.

finish the whole thing we see in the below draft, or finish it in parts so you can get half sooner and the second half later on?

they all live together and share a lot of their time with one another.
