Nekaj, s čemer lahko počastimo svoj sveti predel telesa, rožo. Roževec je kamen ljubezni, sploh če si je potrebuješ nekaj dati sam. Yoni jajce je sveti kristal, ki krepi medenično dno, ki je prav tako mišica in potrebuje vajo, kot vsi drugi deli našega telesa (ali celo bolj, kot rezultat zdravja in kondicije celega bita, ki ju pridobiš z vajo). Ko prakticiram ljubezen do sebe z yoni jajčku, ga začutim in si dovolim, da ga yoni sprejme sama..nikoli se ne silite v to, ampak prebudit...
