I could swap gpu with no problem and do some testing , my main gpu is healthy , no problem with it , that's very good !
I learned a valuable lesson , next time i will be ready when a problem like happens again.
I would add , if you have the choice ( i do not ) don't take a MSI MAG A850GL PCIE5 as power supply , it makes noise as the fan speed is always at 100% and you cannot reduce it.

I ended up changing my PSU AND my processor to fix my computer ( i got the sames ones ) , i had to install Windows and drivers , only thing left is my softwares and i will be able to switch back

I had to rely on left over animation today , ever since i woke up , i try to fix that damn computer ( the main one ) , but Windows just won't let it go it have to give me problems before i have a chance to do anything , i installed it , 5 times already , always a new problem.. amazing ,just amazing..

I finally received some pc parts , i will start testing what's wrong on my main rig so i can finally fix it when i have some time.
