Next update on the 15th

I'm currently busy working on comms. I manage to secure one of them as a Patreon reward, but aside from that I'm also finishing another piece, so things look pretty well content wise for the next reward pack.
Also on 15th I'll do this month's Chara Contest as well. Since the price for tier 3 changed on the previous month, there will be probably a lot less candidates tho.

All the fun I've had making this remind me again that I should do more art of my OCs... Anyways, with this my summer vibes are over. As I said a couple days ago I will open commissions to the public. I really need to.

I'm working already on a couple of SSSS fanarts I had pending, and I'm finally planning to start with the Pokegirls maybe this month (if I have time), or from the next one onwards, but otherwise expect very little of me for this month, outside the Chara Contest that I will...

Good afternoon everyone!

Summer is slowly coming to an end, I've drawn plenty of swimsuit and wet pieces already, but anything that captures the strongly summer vibe. So my summer will continue for a bit more, at least for the next couple of pieces.

One important thing tho, sorry for not doing this month's Character Contest benefit. I was too busy with commissions, I almost couldn't do the poll either...

Winner of the poll finished! It's been a long time since I did a piece this detailed, there are still a few things I think could have turned out better, but nevertheless I'm very proud of it right now. Only time will tell.

As I mentioned, this time I did the speedpaint process a bit different. For some reason I couldn't shorten the 11 hours of this piece into 1 min as I've seen a lot of artists do, maybe because I don't know how to configure it or simply it's just to long to be shortene...

Current progress on Albedo, I changed the posing a little bit and ditched the swimsuit since I wanted to try painting wet see through clothes. I'd say it's turning out better than the rough now, it has potential to become one of my best pieces so far  :)

It's finally time to get on with the winner of the seasonal poll!

This time I got a clear image of what I wanted, or so I tought... but I had to "finish" six roughs until I was satisfied. I'll try making a color rough for the first one (a slight corrected version of the 2nd one) to see if it's the winner.

Also, I'm trying a new way of recording the speedpaint. This time won't be widescreen, no zooming and you won't be able to see the tools and layer arrangement. I decided on this ...

Sorry if anyone was liking the rejected piece, but I like this one more, and for the rest of pokewaifus I'll might go with this layout, since there's A LOT of them and I don't want to take a millenia for each one. Now that I did every Arceus character I was interested in, it's the turn for the mainline games.

I decided redo it from zero. I wanted to make a full illustration with some forest pokemon in the background and everything, but the character itself wasn't turning out very well to my standards.

The new piece will be simple like the Arezu one. Some might say I should strive to reach out for the best of my ability, and in fact I used to criticize some artists who I felt were falling in a comfort zone. I now get that some...

Irida color rough (+commission sketch)

I did the color rough to get a better vibe and sense of the lighting I'll be using. This will be a really warm piece. I only need to fill those blank spaces around her, maybe I'll use some pokemon for that.

Btw guess who forgot to hit the record button?????? Yeah luckily there wasn't much improvement, just me messing around with some colors. I'll pay more attention to that next time.
