Sasha Banks: Boombox Hammer

Yeah this one's a little different. Kinda of a spontaneous upload as well as an attempt to try something a little more revealing, but also, just weird. 

I've never actually played WWE 2K20 so I'm not sure why it's got so many weird sledgehammers, bats, and other weapons in it but when I saw the Boombox Hammer I needed to use it somehow. Here's what I came up with.

Banks vs Flair Pole Match Part 1

I've been trying to get a little more ambitious with my 2K20 renders for a while now and thought I'd try some "wrestling". I'm not sure I'll ever do anything even resembling a full match but I've got some ideas for sequences in mind.

Sasha Banks: Desert Rose Part 1

I've been on a little bit of a Sasha Banks kick lately, using her mostly as a Guinea pig while I test and learn new stuff in Blender. Mostly I've been brushing up on my posing and sculpting but I've also been doing a fair bit of shrink wrapping and I think I've found a pretty good way to make a body look like it's covered in baby oil.

I've wanted to do something like this since I first saw Sasha Banks on The Mandalorian. Now seemed as good a time as any to finally do it.

Initially I wasn't even going to attempt the hair but I couldn't help myself and it ended up being far easier than I thought. The color's not right but I tried making it lighter and just liked this better.

Sasha Banks 2K20 (advanced rig)

Here's an advance rig of Sasha Banks from WWE 2K20.

This file comes with the old "simple" rig in .fbx and .blend formats as well as static .objs. The advanced rig comes as a .blend file.

Emma 2K18 (advanced rig)

Here's another "advanced rig", meaning full facial rigging (minus the tongue) and inverse kinematics. This time we've got Emma from 2K18.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of the 2K18 models. The likenesses are often soft at best and the lack of roughness and metal maps mean they lack the detail of later games. But, I'm a big fan of Emma/Tenille and I've wanted to do an image set with her for a while now. So, here she is.

Easter 2022 Behind the Scenes

I'd had an idea to do something for Easter since early February but never got any further than "Alexa Bliss with bunny ears". That didn't feel like quite enough so I put the idea aside and just kind of assumed I wouldn't have anything for Easter this year. Alexa Bliss (advanced rig)

So here's the rig I use when I make my image sets. It's got full inverse kinematics and a face rig. The only thing missing is a tongue rig. For some reason auto-rig has trouble auto-grouping the teeth and tongue. I went in a fixed the teeth manually but not the tongue. 

This was all rigged using Auto-rig Pro. You shouldn't need it for this to work but I've included an add-on called rig tools that may help.

Easter 2022

This one got a little away from me. I started yesterday not knowing what I was going to do for Easter, just that I wanted to do something, and I ended up with 20+ images. I fell in love with the outfit, the colors, and those big plastic eggs and just kept rendering from as many angles as I could.

Alexa McFly

This is my favorite Alexa Bliss set that I've done so far and maybe my favorite set all together. Everything just worked out pretty much the way I wanted it to. I'm pretty sure I could have done a lot more images than the 16 I ended up with but I had to cut myself off and move onto the next project.

I have a feeling I may revisit this down the road at some point. Perhaps when I'm finally able to get models out of 2K22. 

WCW Nitro Stage 2K20 (.obj/.blend)

.obj and a .blend are included here. It's scaled to match the 2K20 character rips but, like always, I'll be working on a Poser/Daz version for Premium patrons.

This was a patron request. I was kind of excited to add Eva Marie to the "collection" but I've gotta be honest. This was disappointing. Doesn't really look anything like her. There's a couple mods out there, though. I might try again with one of those.

Kirsten Oggleson vs "Mad" Morgan

Kirsten thought she was getting a title opportunity against eXe Global Champion Robyn but the champ pulled a fast one and had her new "assistant" fill in for her. Things didn't go well for Kirsten.

Taking a second stab at Sasha Banks as Sailor Moon but this time going for something much more accurate to her Royal Rumble ring gear. The outfit is from a 2K19 mod by @Slynx07  on prowrestlingmods.io. I just stuck it on my 2K20 rig.

Taking another stab at Sasha Banks as Sailor Moon but this time with a look more accurate to her Royal Rumble '22 outfit. The outfit was made by @Slynx07 on prowrestlingmods.io and I stuck in on my 2K20 rig and modified the hair a bit.

Bash at the Beach 94 for Poser/Daz

I took the Bash at the Beach entrance set and scaled it to fit Poser. I loaded it in Daz Studio as well and it seems to work just fine, though I didn't test it very thoroughly.

Don't hesitate to let me know if you find any problems with it.

St. Patrick's Day 2022

I'm not a big fan of Becky's 2K20 model but this turned into a pretty fun little test. I tried to do some new stuff with lighting/colors and played around a bit more with volumetric fog effects. All in all, I like the way it turned out.

Still learning how to pose characters in Blender and this is kind of a test. It's definitely not as easy as working in Poser but the real-time rendering engine of Eevee makes me want to keep trying.

I'm also working on a "Small Wrestling Arena 2.0"  for Poser/Daz. I've still got quite a bit of work to do but I think it should be done by the end of the month.
