Apologies for the bad audio quality, I misplaced my lavalier mic!
RECIPE:
- 2oz (60ml) blanco tequila
- 2.5 (75ml) water
- Short 0.5oz (12ml) strained lime juice
- Short .75oz (19ml) simple syrup
- 2-5 drops saline solution or generous pinch of salt.
Cool to near freezing and combine all ingredients into a carbonator. Carbonate twice, then pour into a chilled champagne flute.
