It took a very long time to make the aft structures.

I've come so far but the end is still far way.

I just finished Scharnhorst.

I did some dryfitting on some parts and they all fits well.

Next Project

My original plan was making diorama with HMS Duke of York,

but I really want to finish Scharnhorst in this year, so I am building her first.

Epoxy Resin Diorama Scenery - Koi Carp and Lotus

It is done, it is not the thing I usually do, but I hope for the best.

I am now working on the lotus flowers.

I think I'll be able to finish it by the end of this week and probably upload it next week.

My wife made the frogs for me, and they look adorable. =)

Hi guys,

I've been very busy for doing next urgent commissioned project.

I was doing HMS Duke of York diorama but I have to do this Koi pond first.

This is very challenging but it would be a good practice for my future projects.

I love King George V class battleship.

I have been waiting for Flyhawk's HMS Duke of York kit to be released for 5 years.

And I have waited long enough, it is time to take measure myself.

Anyway, I hope you guys like it.

HMS DoY is finally done. 

It was very challenging but I had a lot of fun. 

I'll start to edit the clips tomorrow.

The photos are ugly now but I'll set up and take the shots at my photo studio.

I am painting HMS Duke of York only using brushes.

I am having a good time to practice using brushes. lot of fun.

It is much faster than I thought, but still, airbrushing is much faster and comfortable.

The weather is too hot and humid, not a ideal for airbrushing.

It will take some time but I am having fun. =)

Assembly is almost done. 

It went really faster than I thought, probably because I already had built Price of Wales years back.

I'll start to paint after do little more vents and railing.

Tirpitz in Progress.

This is the current state of Tirpitz now.

I want to print the aft structure so I am working on blender.

This will take some time because I am not very familiar with blender's features.

Next Project.

I am thinking about to make another Battle of the North Cape diorama.

This time, Thundering sea with HMS Duke of York firing.

So I am gonna make Duke of York first.

Unfortunately, all of Duke of York's kits are very old and not accurate.

I am converting Flyhawk's Prince of Wales to Duke of York.

I don't have much to show you yet, but I hope to bring more pictures in the future.

A peaceful scenery epoxy resin diorama

Sometimes I want to make a diorama without things blowing up.

Pouring the resin was quite challenging because of the weather.

Anyway, I hope you guys like it.

Almost done

I am just waiting for Gel Medium to dry.

Korea is at the rainy season now.

The current humidity is at 75 %. Not an ideal time for drying anything.

Anyway, I hope you guys like it.

Coming up next.

I am now starting to make a boat and a jetty.

Add some small sharks under water, etc.

The boast I am making is actually the transportation boat on German ships like Bismarck, Tirpitz, and Scharnhorst.

I'll use the model on my Tirpitz build in future.
