Phew! Pinup Sketch (January, pic 1)

OMG what a month... After a dealing with a very expensive bout of vehicle trouble, water heater failure, and the flu, I am pretty sure I am done with delays. I'll have to look back, but it seems I tend to have personal life disasters around this time of year. XD haha well I won't let it get me down! I hammered the sketches for this set out, so colors will be incoming, within the next few days. Sorry for the delay in posts this month, everyone! I started off the year with the flu, and so it slowed me down. But I am feeling great now, and I have decided that this month will feature that elven cave girl from last June. Already got a bunch of sketches started, I'll share them, soon. :)

Anyways, just wanted to send an update, and I'll see ya in the next few days with some posts!

I hope nobody minds if I do another set of an elfy girl in lingerie! Got a more christmassy theme in this set. I have all the lines done for this month, I am just working through the colors, now. I will release the thumbnail samples on the Patreon wall, as the month progresses. :)

Here's the colors for the first illustration for November! I like how the blue and orange lighting on each side of her turned out. I might have to experiment with that a bit more, in the future. Anyways, on to the next one!

So many pumpkins! My power went out as I finished the last pumpkin... and I hadn't saved it. So I lost the progress. But instead of getting mad and taking a break, I dove right back into it and finished it... again. It seems the second pass was a bit better, so it worked out! But anyways, I'll get these lines colored up right away!

I finished this earlier this morning, but forgot to post it, as I am working out the lines on the final drawing for October's set. Anyways, here our farmer is, hauling that big pumpkin out of the patch. Looks heavy! 

The lines for the next one will be coming sometime tomorrow, I think.

Yesterday, my computer prompted that I needed to allow it to update, and so I did. Then my drawing tablet prompted me that I needed to update... So I did. 

Then I spent the rest of the day trying to figure out why my tablet stopped functioning properly. I got it fixed (by resetting the tablet drivers to last month's set), but lost a day of work. D:

Pinup Sketch (October, Pic 1)

So, everybody always does drawings for Halloween of various characters in costumes, and that's cool! It's a lot of fun, but I wanted to try something different, but still seasonally appropriate. So I figured I'd follow around this farmer girl while she works on harvesting pumpkins for the market, in prep for Halloween. 

Maybe not super exciting, but I thought it might be kind of fun, anyways. I personally like doing "slice of life" types of drawings, and it was about time for a set of tho...

I had to do some thinking, because I wanted it to be October/Halloween themed... but I was having a hard time being inspired... I didn't want to just do the typical "costumed character" theme.
