Due to some issues with Dropbox, links are temporarily suspended. This is an issue I've faced in the past where links to dropbox folders are suspended because of some weird brandwidth limit. I have replaced the October Dropbox links with Google Drive instead!

Getting this out already! I've been meaning to draw Ch'en for quite a long time now! Although I inteded to have Swire in this as well, I though I'd focus mostly on Ch'en this time around. Though I'm still tempted to do Swire in the future, hehe!
I guess she got defeated by Reunion here, so having the Special Inspection Unit Chief will definitely compromise Rhodes and L.G.Ds plan.

There will not be a poll as I will choose a character based on how appealing that premise is.
