Current workflow

Pick a perfect image(s) from a classic gallery with standard resolution
Generate a video in 624x944 resolution
Post-processing in Video-editor - upscale to 720x1080 +Sharpening +ColorCorrections
For Patreon Previews Gifs - MP4 to GIF, resolution 360x540

unsolvable problem.

anime-based character speaks at blink with eyes (high resolution = make it worse)
tests in 480x720 - in 20% character speaks or at least randomly moving with mouth
test in 624x944 - in 40% character speaks or at least randomly moving with mouth
I run the internet upside down, but it seems nobody has found a solution yet; everybody struggles with it, too.
On the other hand, the quality is significant between 480x720 and 624x944 ... the 720x1080 is even better, but my pc cannot handle it in real time :-(

If the starting images are perfect (pose/color/angle/background/...), then almost 80% of all generations are successful (That's a really high success rate)
So, I think I will extend the number of videos in the requests from 12 to 20.

I'm not planning to share the original video with prompts

Must be / (you must expect to happen):

More realistic image = better results
Limited option of poses (not everything is possible for AI animation yet)
Anime style glitches (characters speaking for no reason)
More anime style glitches (changing eyes -shape-color-size,...)

Quality of the starting images is the key!

It's time to update my Setup.
The Video generating AI model WAN 2.2 for NSFW is here!
It's based on the starting frame (image). First, I need to generate an image in FORGE, then I put it in WAN, and WAN 2.2 will turn the images into a max 5-second-long animation.

Prize Update for Tier 3 & Tier 4

From today (28.09.2025), there is a new active prize for T3 = $23.45 ($28.69 previously, -18%).

and for T4 = $40 ($60.66 previously) - T4 also contains other additional changes (more about the changes in the updates section)

Tier 2 - Loses the option to request mini-gallery (because nobody used this option even once)
Tier 3 - Now you can choose between 4 choices.
- a) Classic 130+ img gallery as it is now
- b) Shorter Gallery (80+ images) + animated videos (4+) based on the images from the gallery
- c) Shorter Gallery (50+ images) + animated videos (8+) based on the images from the gallery
- d) Shorter Gallery (30+ images) + animated videos (12+) based on the images from the gallery
  - B), C), D) : Pictures from the gallery will be used for animation so the images (poses/style) have to ready for video transformation.
Tier 4 - it's a T3 but 2x
- a) [2x per month] Classic 100-200 img galleries as it is now
- b) [2x per month] Shorter Gallery (80+ images) + animated videos (4+) based on the images from the gallery
- c) [2x per month] Shorter Gallery (50+ images) + animated videos (8+) based on the images from the gallery
- d) [2x per month] Shorter Gallery (30+ images) + animated videos (12+) based on the images from the gallery

In the shop, there is a new option to buy a Request. It's a shrunk version of T3 (it's a half size of Tier 3). Anybody, free members, even paid members can purchase it for $15. You can choose between 3 choices.

- b) short gallery 30-60imgs, 4+ videos
- c) short gallery 20-35imgs, 7+ videos
