So after crunching some numbers I will have about 15k words for September for commission.

Rather than take commission slots, people may buy wordcounts. IE: If you wanted a commission for 10k, you'd basically buy 10k of the wordcount. Fairly simple.

Note that the new price model is in effect for these commissions, and it is the following:

Up to 5k: $6 per 1k.

Up to 10k: $5 per 1k.

Up to 20k: $7 per 1k.

More than 20k: Up for discussion. Minimum will be $8 per...

Monthly Update (August 2020)

The first YCH has been completed and I got some feedback over it. 

I know I messed up a few things that I plan to improve on next time. I know one thing I 'really' messed up on to change is attention to detail on transformations, so I hope those that liked it will participate in the future, and those that didn't tell me what I can do to improve and give me another chance in the future once I've done so.

Monthly Update (July 2020)

I'm going to start off by saying the USA really hasn't been improving much. I can tell there are people having a lot of money issues.  So after talking with someone in regards to my current commission model, it's been determined my model kind of sucks.

Patreon Processing Problems.

Just a heads up folks that Patreon made some payment changes so there may be issues processing some payments, so keep an eye out if your payment was declined. The amount pledged should not be different.

They told me this last month about their changes, but since they said the odds of impact was minimal I didn't mention anything, but apparently their new system is acting a bit off today.

Okay, in all seriousness, while I haven't been making many changes, I've been discussing potential ones. 

One thing I've been considering is to increase the amount of Patreons who get a monthly story, and whatever slots that are not filled become Patreon commissions, and then ones for any to take from there.

EXAMPLE: 7 Patreon slots for commissions. I have 4 filled. That's 3 commissions for Patreons, and then ...

"Benefit" additions.

Hey folks. Just a quick update Patreon kind of sort of told me I have to add a "Benefit" thing. I guess it's to clarify details about rewards, even though the tiers kind of already explain them?

I don't know. Either way, if you see anything change in regarding your tier, that's all that's changed was a benefit description. Nothing else has been edited.

Future Patreon changes and suggestions

Greetings everyone! An odd time to post this, I know. I want to be clear that I am not making any immediate changes, but I've had some thoughts and ideas I'd like to share, and opinions about them. I have spoken with a few people over the matter.

Idea 1: Eliminate Story of the month entirely and replace it with a very long story taking place over the course of a year. Patreon's get access to it as it's in development and sway the direction of where it goes ...
