Got some travel coming up (assuming a wrench doens't find itself in my gears) so not sure what the state of adopts will be in October but I'll be trying to get at least one Batch out (probably some shortstacks). Hopefully I'll keep my pace up since Desert Bus For Hope is also coming up and you know me; I always make sure I have enough funds to donate a good portion to my favourite charity.

Well it WAS originally a smaller batch but then I kept picking at it and getting ideas, so, 2nd verse, same and the first! Not sure what I'll work on next month but it'll probably be a bunch of stuff utilizing older bases - haven't even settled on a species though I'd like to do a few more cows... they don't seem to sell well though; oh well, time will tell!

Despite much gritting of teeth and attempting to work through constant joint/muscle/nerve pain (which has also been making it difficult to sleep unless I'm exhausted and the minute I'm vaguely rested my body wakes me up unless I'm super exhausted then I manage to catch a bit of extra sleep with the punishment of being in more pain than when I laid down) progress has been way slower than I'd like.

My muse is a creature of whim - I do have a proper soft-cow lady base sketched... but nah, doing something a little more cartoony next i guess.

Even when I have something half done I struggle to give an accurate guesstimate; this could well be the last batch of adopts for the year! (Unlikely to get anything done before X'mas and I want to take a short vacation between the 25th-1st since I haven't really had any real time off this year)
