I've had to take some time off from typing. There was a pain in my hands and elbows from the sheer amount of typing I do every day. And I decided to take 4 days to help recover.
All the soreness is almost gone, and that means I can start typing again like I regularly do. I doubt it's anything medical. Hands and elbows will get sore from typing 2500-3500 words a day.
Hopefully, this answers some questions or concerns anyone has.
