Reward clarity update =)

Hey guys I've made some quick changes to the wording of the reward tiers, mostly to make them a bit shorter and easier to read. Nothing has really changed about the rewards themselves. I've clarified the wording in the $20 tier to make it clear that I'm very happy to give up some of my time to help out with code problems where I can. The wording was a bit unspecific on this before so I've hoped to clear it up a bit.
