Post-game is working!
This week has been a little all over the place, but the one thing I did manage to get finished was all the necessary checks and preps for a post-game mode. Included with this is a new piece of endgame equipment, the Paddle of Order.

I'm seeing code in my dreaaaaams. Still working on the final sequence and there's a lot more that I'm not showing here because I don't want to spoil anything! Suffice it to say that the new area and the final boss fight are going to blow the pants off everything I've made before this. So many new animated art assets!

Ahhh!
I managed, but just barely! All the goddesses are now in place with little story cutscenes before the battles and everything is set up for the grand finale. It's so close now I can taste it!

Hey all!
This week, I've just been plugging away at more endgame content, mainly just writing and art assets. I'm going to make an honest attempt next week to finish up all of these elemental goddess so that the update after this one can be the 1.0 build, but that might be a bit of a crunch, so we will see.

Hi!
I got back earlier this week and was pretty jet-lagged, but I did manage to put together a little update for you today. This update is only around 3 days worth of work, so it's not enormous, but I think it's worth showing off still. What was added is the new final world for the game as well as one of the boss fights there (it's the far left doorway).

Hi all!
I'm still away from my computer at the moment, so I thought I'd share a mockup I made of potentially the next project. I spoke about an idea on the Discord server that entailed the player character being ward to a wealthy demoness and the hijinks that would ensue. Hey all!
First off, we're still on track to have both the fire and lightning zones ready for the next build. I also went ahead with some feedback I got on the last build (Thanks Corvo Attano!) and added in a little snippet of dialogue before each Chaos Abomination fight.
Next thing is, I'm going to be in Germany from June 29th to July 11th for a wedding, so some dev time is gonna get eaten by that, but all the normal posts will be showing up as expected.

This week, we've got some pretty significant additions to Silkfang. The first is a prototyping of a quick time event-based accuracy minigame. This minigame is present only on the chaos type enemies at the moment, but if this test is successful, I'll be putting it on all fights in the game next. Hey all, pretty productive week this week!
I've been working on the paths through the destroyed wind and water zones and I'm on track to have both of them done by the next build.
I've also added a new chaos type enemy which will be the guardian of the warp crystals you need to retrieve from each zone. This new chaos monster will have a punishment minigame associated with it which will work similar to the servants of chance that show up in the chance goddess's realm.&nb...

Back again with more endgame content here! This update includes the path to Shol's crater and the warp pillar shrines both there and in Center City. It also adds a new monster, the chaos echo, a terrible twisting of the memory of a human by pure entropic energy. Although these monsters are much stronger than any you've faced before, this time you aren't alone! The elemental champions now get a turn in combat and can really save you time and resources!

The endgame begins, and with that beginning, new enemies appear!
This last section of the game is going to have Fee and her party globe-trekking across the newly ruined land, seeking the resources they need to confront the final antagonist, and maybe learning a little bit about the world as they do. Hi everyone!
I'm proud to bring you the first update to SR in a while, one that marks the beginning of the ending! It includes a new cutscene, just enter the Silkfang after finishing the lightning dungeon and then talk to Ilrit. There is also a new option in the dev tools room under the progression option that can reset the game to before you started the ending, which you'll likely want to do because a lot gets locked off, for obvious reasons. The end is nigh.
With renewed focus, I have returned to Silkfang Respite to construct the ending and finish the game! This part is gonna be a little weird because I usually like to release content in discrete, cordoned pieces so that you guys get a complete experience, but the ending does not allow for that kind of partitioning. Therefore, I will be adding an option to the cheat menu to effectively undo the decision to start the ending sequence, so no worries about soft locking!

Hey all, more art this week as my school responsibilities are currently trying to kill me.
There are several more poses and expressions for this character, and my ultimate goal is to make a small interactive dialogue/VN thing where she can scold you or whatever. This week, as a refresher, I delved into some back catalog content that had a lot of potential, but was left unfinished and have been illustrating the characters from it in a VN style. I'm not sure if I'll use these yet, but the activity has given me a really great opportunity to practice anatomy drawing in simple poses.

Hey all!
This week, we've got the modified level one quest for Chikara's romance which include 2 new scenes! Additionally, I've added functionality in the cheat menu to change the stage of existing romances so that you can play them again if you'd like.
I haven't quite decided what I'm going to be working on next, potentially more of Chikara's content, but I might pivot to a different romance that we haven't seen much of yet!
