Neon City Samurai (Bonus Mini)

Hello, guys!
I really can't even begin to describe how much fun this miniature was to sculpt! I tried taking a break from sculpting it and could not resist to just keep on going, so it basically got sculpted in a single sitting, but took me literally this whole Sunday. I just did not have the mental energy to upload it yesterday haha.

The inspiration was obviously drawn from Cyberpunk 2077, but I also had some fun references from Ghostrunner (as I mentioned in the poll), Mirror's Ed...

Hello, friends! Going as fast as I can this month, I'm bringing you 3 more pieces! I'll be honest - never tried making bed sheets before, but these look pretty convincing. Once again I wish I had the time to make a couple more, but if I'll get some extra time by the end of this theme, I'm planning on coming back to every single category. Well, we really need some healers in this hospital!

April Theme Poll

Wanted to mix this one up a little bit too, so I have some fun ideas for you all:

March Bonus Mini Theme Poll

Hello! Just like with the last Bonus Mini, I want try making something unusual. Simply because the Old West got picked last time, it's not in this poll. Instead I added the World War II option, which sounds pretty clear as far as themes go. Once the theme is picked we'll get into the good stuff and decide what I'm actually gonna make in the second poll, so stay tuned!

Hello everybody! Made a couple of guys in wheelchairs this time around! I remember there was a time when making adventurers in wheelchairs was very controversial for some reason. I know that what I'm currently doing is exactly the opposite, since these are not the "combat-wheelchairs", and those ones are made exactly for injured and hurt characters to represent NPCs that are recovering from combat. Hello, everybody! Took a couple of days off cause I really felt burned out with this many minis for the Japanese Commoners and the upcoming Kickstarter I have planned for April. But we're back on track and I feel like doing just as many minis for the Fantasy Hospital!

Hello, friends! Here's another bunch of cool guys for your Japanese Setting! I wanted to finish with the theme by this month's midpoint but got carried away a little bit. With that we're currently sitting on 18 models in just this Theme and although I'd love to continue making these guys (and I probably will in my "off time"), I believe it's time to switch to the Fantasy Hospital part of the month!

Hello! First suggestion of the month - done! I played with Jack's suggestion itself and instead of cooking, made a sited-down pose, that could be used in many different ways. However I really had to make the one with the baby, because I just loved the suggestion so much! And since tea is such a big part of their day, a housewife serving tea felt like a "must". February Monthly Render

Hello, friends! A bit late with the Monthly Render (again), but maaan this goes haaard! Just look at those guys! I'm pretty sure they can also be used in all kinds of Wargames and not just RPGs. Each mini did take a lot of time to make (way more than usual), but I think it was 100% worth it! I would love to get back to this theme at some point in the future!

Straw Hat Farmers

Starting the month strong, I've made a little crew of farmers! Also been playing a bit of "Like A Dragon: Ishin" for outfit inspiration and some nice NPC gestures.

Hello, friends! The Snakeoil Merchant is here with your medicine! You can drink it, you can rub it in, you can put it on food! It has all kinds of magical effects! But it only works if you really believe in it!

Goblin Officer

Hello! Another dirty rascal of an officer is also on deck! I mean, goblins right? Had to give him a little bit of an attitude just based on the fact that he's a Goblin. But I also love giving shady characters smoking pipes, it kinda balances out his messy outfit and gives him a little bit of class. Or maybe I just like being represented as a classy guy, just because I own a couple of smoking pipes haha. Enjoy!

February Bonus Mini Poll part 2

Hello, friends! With the "Old West" taking the first spot for the Bonus Mini, here are my ideas:

Hardy Cowboy - a badass cowpoke character, think Arthur or John from RDR or Clint Eastwood's "Man with No Name".

Old West Villain - I was thinking of something corny, like an obviously-evil huge pencil mustache and monocle type of villain.

Hello, friends! Since I really loved making the last Ratfolk character so much, here we go again! The goal was to make a slimy, untrustworthy, deceitful character that still has that Officer look of the theme. I think that Ratfolk is the perfect opportunity to do exactly that!

February Bonus Mini Poll

Decided to mix it up a little bit in this one, and after getting a couple of suggestions and some though here's what I ended up with: 

After this poll we'll get into the specifics of the actual mini, but I thought we could actually vote on it's theme first, instead of just voting for Class and Race or Monster and Monster Type.

Female Elf Officer

Really wanted to do some kind of a hardy elf as well for this theme. Cause yeah elves are fancy, we all know that, but a battle-hardened lady with a huge sword and an eyepatch just hits different, right?

Catfolk Officer

Heyo! You guys probably noticed by now, that I like making them Catfolk, so I kinda had to make one for this theme. I just wanted to give a little bit of a badass/chill/combat stance to him and I think it works! Also the way his coat looks, I figured a pair of pistols would fit the mini nicely and he could also work as a Navy Officer or even a pirate. 

We're half way through the theme and I think I'll try and do something fun with the rest of them, I'll try some new races and fits,...

Female Officer

Man, I should've made this one first! Really wanted to give her a serious look, cause she means business. I also realized that those minis can be easily used in a more modern setting (like WWI or WWII) with some small changes. I'm trying to mix it up a little bit and I think it's working quite well. I'm probably a little shaken by the fact we stopped mid campaign with my friends in Call of Cthulhu (it's been like 2 months since we played last time), but we'll probably pick it back up pretty s...

Elf Officer

Elf time! Okay, I know the first one was called "fancy", however Fancy Elf is totally different from Fancy Human, they're just on a different level, really can't compare. I'm still trying to go for like a "Napoleonic" look, cause otherwise they want look to different from just another Boss.

January Monthly Render

Finally got to the Monthly Render today! Didn't do as many as I really wanted but still, got to make 10 humanoids and a little Ox guy, so I am satisfied for now! This theme really connected to me, though I always lived in a city, quiet country life really sounds appealing. I'll 29 this year and still have a lot to figure out, but I really could use some peace that villages and farms have to offer! Anyway, back to the High Command for now! 

Fancy Officer

First one of the High Command is coming right up! Decided on starting this one out simple, I already do have an older model of an Admiral I made a while back, those two would fit right in together! I do believe that those Napoleonic Period officer uniforms look amazing on any type of commanders. However I do really want to make something like Orc Warchiefs and Elven Commanders. Do you have any suggestions? I'm curious to hear them! 

Troll Hound (January Bonus Mini) and more!

Look at that ugly mug! Decided on doing a Troll Hound for the Beast of this month. It's a Pathfinder beast that does not have a lot of reference online, but I went for a hideous looking half-dog, with some humanoid features (mostly in it's face), but not in a "Werewolf" sense, more like a mutant. I think it looks pretty unsettling haha

Beast of Burden

After a really cool suggestion from one of you guys, I present to you - The Beast of Burden! Had to look into Medieval Ploughers a lot, since I'm no expert and let me tell you - there are lots of variations! I wanted something mobile and easy to print, since it also needed to fit onto a printer and most of them were operated by two animals, while I wanted to have just one. I think it came out pretty neat, as well as the ox itself! Enjoy!

Scythe Farmer

Went for a bit of a big boy again! The inspiration is coming from a Vinland Saga S2 character - Ketil. There was this cool scene where he along with all of his workers was harvesting a huge field with a scythe. So here you go! Although it'd be great to have more time to add even more farmers but the theme is coming to it's end, all that is left is to make a beast of burden of some sort and we're pretty much set!
