Another one! So it's probably just me playing a lot of Dark Souls lately but MAN! Curved Swords are so evil!!! So this guy is obviously the last one's roommate, in some dark, spooky basement. Could make a fun Boss Fight with two Bosses at once.... Hmmmm...

July Bonus Mini

It's Bonus Mini Poll time! While I'm working on the next spooky cultist, you guys decide which class we're gonna use to mix it up a bit. The Bonus Mini Ancestry Poll will come later! And don't forget that you can make multiple choices!

Cursed Demonic Cultist

Things get a little spookier from now on, let us welcome the first Cursed Cultist! These guys are probably completely isolated from the rest of the cult, in some long-forgotten basement, where they won't be able to rip off the arms and eat the flesh of other cultists. Uhm.. Was that too grim?

Skeleton Cultists

Gotta have a bunch of spooky boys, in case the players wonder into a very old dungeon. You know, cultists rarely give up on their faith, even in death they really want to serve their "One True God". Just remember to bring some bludgeoning weapons!

Abomination Cultist

Soooo we're back into the "disgusting" territory. I just finished Dark Souls 1, for research reasons, (obviously haha) and while I'm avoiding copying anything from there directly, I got a lot of inspiration, in general! Feels only natural to fuse a couple of cultists into one failed experiment. Maybe I'll also do a successful one later!

Next I'll do a couple of skeleton-cultists dressed in robes, should take me long, and after that back to mutants! 

Cultists of the Eye

Another great suggesting by one of you, guys! These are very "beholder" inspired cultists, but to avoid any copyright issues as much as possible we'll be calling them Cultists of the Eye. Got a couple of variations, with two types of physicality. Probably the ones with the mouth are further developed? Maybe they can control their host a lot better? I'll let the GMs decide on this one! I think that the ones with the eye in their stomach instead of a mouth are also safer copyright-wise than the...

Shambling Cultists

If you want your cult to harvest actual lifeforce, I think having these guys is a must! Maybe something went wrong? Maybe they called the wrong demon? Or maybe that's exactly what they wanted! (I doubt it)

Cult Prisoner 3 (saved)

Hey, everyone! So the poll says that you enjoyed the Cultists as much as I did! So I wanna start the 2nd part of the theme by redeeming myself for making the initial Prisoner 3 mini. As I said it was really disturbing to me, so I got an awesome suggestion from one of you, to make a second version of the same mini, and here we are - she's safe! 

Since this month's theme is actually "Mutated Cultists", this one is posted is the June folder. I'll also start working on the next Cultist...

Catfolk Artificer (Bonus Minis)

Took me a while, but I figured it out! It would be funny to make her hold a nuke or a pistol, but I was craving to make a mechanical arm at some point and it was my chance! I really love the little cable thingies and the overalls also bring it all together. So enjoy! 

July Theme

It's the most wonderful time of the month! Time to pick the next theme! A couple of points to share about this one. 

First of all, when I'm talking about "mutated" Cultists, I mean more tentacles, more pincers, maybe something ever more gross than that. 

I once again kept More Pirates and Crafters in the poll, cause both got very close last month, so maybe you're still up for those ones.

Cult Prisoner 3

And here's an extra prisoner for the cult to condemn. Now that I'm looking at the render this is actually horrifying, came out way too real and the whole scene is just.. Wow.. And once painted it'll be even worse..? Now I'm glad I decided not to make the prisoners look too injured, I was thinking hanging guts and open wounds first, but this is enough haha

Cult Prisoners

First pair of the poor souls that cultists grabbed from a nearby dock are ready to be sacrificed! Planning on doing some female prisoners as well before the month is through and I still really want to do the Cult Leader! So many ideas and such little time!

Hey, everyone! While I'm working a poor victim that these cultists are gonna sacrifice, here's a poll for you to vote on this month's Bonus Mini Class! I'm adding Artificer to the poll this time, since it's a pretty common class for players to use at this point. Also planning on adding some more classes in the future!

Crab Cultists

Why are sea creatures so alien and spooky looking? Well combine them with humans and make some crab-people or squid-people and see for yourself! At first I wanted to make some goofy looking crab-men buuut the turned out pretty unsettling in the end.

Squid Cultists

Man I never tried doing tentacles and let me tell you, it's more challenging than I thought. BUT! I do think that those guys came out pretty good! I also added a pair of "summoned" tentacles that can also be used, these are pretty big and can be scaled up even further to represent a huge beast under the earth (the tentacles are supposed to print without any supports, but let me know if you're having issues!)

End of May

Posting the End of May render! I really love this collection and I think it's obvious that I just love pirates! It's like my favorite theme ever! Next time we come back to this one, I have many fun ideas to implicate. But for now that is it!

Cultists Priests

Not quite the Leader yet, but I wanted to add some Lieutenant-like figures too! Gotta say I really love the staff myself! Also added a spooky mask instead of a hood obscuring their face, I think it's a nice touch.

Buff Cultists

So, remember how I said that I wanna do the Leader next? Well I could not get rid of the idea of making those two first! Got some amazing suggestions in the comments on the last one and this is one of Your suggestions! Keep them coming! 

Chanters

Hey everyone! Hope you had a great weekend! Starting this theme out simple, just a bunch of goons to populate your local sewer and sacrifice some innocents. I'll work on a "high-priest" type of a guy next and then we can start with the fun staff, cause all of them demonic deeds must give those cultists something, right? I was thinking half mutated cultists with freaky arms and heads etc. Let me know if you also have some ideas!

Gnome Barbarian (Bonus Mini)

Back in the day, when you were making a Gnome you basically had two options: make them into Wizards (and that's what they're known for), so they're just those little guys shooting spells from a distance OR make them into Barbarians that would fly in the middle of the arena and eat their opponents alive, while being those little guys! I also figured that there's no better character to wear an animal head (oh that reminded me of good old Red Dead Online days) and look awesome!

Crewmates 2-3-4

Some more crewmates for your ship just arrived! These men seem trustworthy.. I'd hate to meet them in a dark alley, but you won't find many dark alleys on the open sea! Just don't forget to pay them in time.

June Theme

It's time for the next month's theme! Don't forget, you can only pick one! Thieves and Bandits was suggested on the last month's poll, so if you guys have any other suggestions, feel free to share in the comments or on Discord. Your suggestions will be added to the next one! 

Oh and when I'm referring to the King's Navy, I mean the soldiers - like an opposing force to Pirates. I just decided to split those into separate themes to keep things clear.

Crewmate 1

First of the "crew" is done! These next couple of minis are gonna be simpler than the ones that came before, but they're supposed to represent their captain's goons, so I'll try to make a team of them as quickly as possible (before the month is though) and then I'll make the bonus mini.

Orc Parrot Whisperer

I think that the idea of a real big guy, holding a small, fragile animal is the most bad@ss thing ever! Also the next couple of minis will be dressed a bit simpler, just like this one, so they can be passed as just regular crewmates.

Dwarf Navigator

A ship needs to be able to tell where it's going. That where a navigator comes in! This one is not just a navigator though, but a hardy dwarf, forged in combat, made for a pirate life! 

Goblin Bomber

At first he was supposed to be bold, but I looked at his face and he reminded me of Yondu, so I had to give him a mohawk! But do we want this guy to handle explosives? I mean... He has a trustworthy face...

Lizardfolk Anchor Carrier

This, crocodile-looking gentleman, is wielding a huge anchor to cleave through his enemies! And the uniform is probably stolen from some poor captain (he's probably already at the bottom of the ocean). That has to be a legendary pirate, am I right?
