Several people have asked about what happens if a Camp Founder is ready to reduce their pledge to a normal level but the Staff Member level is sold out.
Short answer: I'll add a staff slot to accommodate the returning founder.
Longer answer: If you pledge as a founder for a month, your name goes in the honor roll and you gain the permanent right to return as staff. So even if you return as a VIP but want to upgrade later, I'll make room for you....

Ah, the lazy days of summer... camp. I can almost smell the cocoa butter and sexual tension.
I love how the artist (Tzratzk) portrayed Kendall. She's always been a bit of a tragic character, and she looks wistful here. Beautiful, but maybe sad at the same time.

What was Summer Camp like in the beginning? Well, if you read my Author's Afterword in Book 1, you know that I never really planned to write almost 2 million words and 5 books.
The story really started out as a "what if" thing, based on bits and pieces of my real life. But then I decided that maybe I had a bigger story to tell after all. So I started outlining, researching, etc. And I kept writing.

So... where am I going with Mindy?
I have plans for After Camp stories set in the modern day, probably the 2002 Prologues time frame for Paul and the wife's generation. (More on other time frames later.)

I can't believe it's only been two weeks since I started this adventure. Less than that, actually, since tomorrow is officially the two-week anniversary.
I'm still learning what you all like, and I'm trying to balance it with what's easiest for me and doesn't distract from writing the story itself.
My initial thoughts were to post story installments often, but B5-Ch1 threw a bit of shade on that idea. Many of the posts are very short, which no one seems to like.

B5-Ch1 has a lot of installments, 23 including the Prologue, but it's an extreme case.
Most chapters will be 12-15 installments, posted over the course of a month. So, about 3/week.
With that in mind, here's my question:
Do you want smaller posts more often (each scene will be its own post/email)?
Or do you want longer posts, but only once a week (multiple scenes in each post/email)?

Everyone,
We just passed the $1000 goal to kick things up a notch. So I'll be posting a new chapter every month now, starting with B5-Ch1.

So, why did I decide to do a Patreon instead of just accepting donations (through PayPal, for instance)?
First, let me throw a massive amount of shade: PayPal censors the type of content you can consume as a consenting adult. That's right. PayPal is actively hostile to adult content creators. Their TOS prohibits many things that are 100% legal.

We've had a lot of new members in the past few days.
