Updates on Poll Winners Cooldown
- Winning female characters on polls will have a 2 month cooldown period before they get to enter poll again. For example, Neo win once on the month of September poll. She'll then have a cooldown period of 2 months before someone put her on the poll entries again. She'll be eligible to enter again by the month of November. Counting starts from the month she won the poll.
