I expect 1 week per character, which means that character having their user input entry converted to menu based entry in the "Cheatomatic" cheat mod and the character being included in the "Cheat Sheet" in-game guide mod.

It should be noted that character states are not endings, some states can be achieved during training, some can only be acquired post training. Some states can be acquired at the same time. This spreadsheet only shows all the possible states, not which states are possible at the same time.
