A couple of weeks ago, I have mentioned on my Discord that I'll be doing some improvements to D. Va's "School Girl" attire.
So far I've given her some new shoes, a new skirt and new underwear.
I know I already had a skirt, but it was really rough to use. The new skirt has less bones, and I'm playing with cloth physics for it. Also, it's a proper standalone model, meaning I can give it to other characters easily. It's an overall better skirt.

Last weekend, I started porting Claire Redfield from SFMLab.
It's an experiment to see if I could actually do it, so she's not actually done yet. She looks good so far despite some hiccups.
There is a plugin to insta-port models to Blender, but they don't give a HQ rig which is what I'm doing. Re-rigging her to Blender's Rigify for easy use.
The main objective of my method is to replace the rig whilst keeping the original weight paint intact.
