It's time to start backgrounds for the scene I've finished the animation for! Gotta say, I'm starting to like drawing backgrounds... As long as it's not interiors or buildings...
On a side note, I think I'm ready to give this series even more of an identity by having the OST be primarily orchestra/march music. I've fallen in love with this type of music around a year ago and it fits the theme of the series with The Company (especially The General).

I've been playing around with effects on Flash and got some really nice looking results. I won't abuse that lighting technique but in the context of this episode, there's gonna be a ton of light, so it's the perfect practice!
Once, I'm done with backgrounds that I'd like to start working on in August, sound effects will be next and then this part will be 100% done!

Yesterday, I finished 2 new comics and I've already sketched yet another one that I think shall be the last one of the bunch. I really can't wait to release them.

Adeleine is playing her favourite video game! King decided he would play with her despite not having a clue how to do so.
I will be posting this one on my socials once more scenes for the next episode are fully animated. I just got a new idea for another comic that I think I'll add between 2 I still have on my laptop. I hope you enjoy it!

While the final version is more imposing, strong and all over the place, this older version is more energetic and "tame". I think the final version fits the scene more but I like how it started.
