It'll replace the reward of "Gym Pals R3". And the tier to access the comic remains the same:

By becoming a full moon patron,
You can vote for "the theme you like to see I draw", then I'll draw the first incident of the winning theme for the November pinup!
As for December's pinup, Full Moon patrons get to choose what happens next to the characters, and it'll become next incident for the pinup series.
