July 2014 Updates

Jay's in the midst editing a new (and potentially quite long) Best of the Worst, which will hopefully be up on the site by the end of the week.Tomorrow, Mike and Jay are seeing a couple of new movies in preparation for the next Half in the Bag, which will be shooting later in the week and probably go up on the site sometime next week. Beer Commercial Shoot

Friday the RLM studio was host to a Milwaukee beer commercial shoot (directed by Jack - set built by Mike, Jay, Jessi, and Rich Evans). The commercial starred former Green Bay Packer Gilbert Brown! A great time was had by all. Now, on to more pressing and important things like Spaaaaace Cop.

Some Updates

Well, we all took a much-needed week away from RLM, but now it's back at it! We're in the process of building yet ANOTHER house set in the studio (this time for a non-RLM project) as well as editing the next Best of the Worst. Got a lot done this week. Had some special visitors and shot some practical miniatures for our film Space Cop... coming sometime... soon! As soon as we can finish it, but we're making progress.

June Updates

This last week was pretty busy. We had some friends/colleagues from out of town and shot TWO Best of the Worst episodes while they were here, along with some Space Cop effects shots involving miniatures and a couple of other random sketches that won't see the light of day until Space Cop is wrapping up. Rich and Jack have been watching all the E3 coverage for Pre Rec purposes as well and they plan on doing another Twitch stream tonight. Lots happening!

Space Cop Updates

Right now we're putting the final touches on our LAST spaceship set for Space Cop! Whew. We constructed SIX freakin' spaceship sets last month. After this current one, we're totally done with spaceship work, which is a big relief. As you can see, we finally posted our Len Kabasinski interview. The Very First Half in the Bag Shoot

While archiving some material, we stumbled across this long-forgotten footage that Jack shot of us prepping and filming the very first Half in the Bag episode. It's crazy how empty the old studio was when we first started! Now we have props and gear and junk laying everywhere.

Space Cop Update

We shot multiple visual gags for Space Cop yesterday that I just want to put on a loop and watch over and over. I'm rarely that amused by our own material. -Jay
