I hadn't really realized that I hold the pen differently when I draw digitally vs when I draw traditionally .3.; So spent a bit correcting that which led to not a lot of sketches finished this week TvT
Sketched up some fakemon for a side project too, probably only keeping the ghost fox though. Its funny the most time-consuming part of making a fakemon is coming up with a name.

Started using a binary pen halfway through the week after getting nostalgic for oekakis and it feels very natural. I can't really say I'll stick to it long-term because I'm really weird and dumb about my tools/brushes, though.
Also I'm sharing my sketch canvases in full...since last week. I used to go over them to individually save each thing I deemed worth sharing, but I sorta feel like that was padding. So packs might be a little less crowded now.
I'm open to criticism and ideas...

Took a week off and I somehow forgot how to draw digitally so that took a while to come back. For a bit I didn't even know if I could even continue with the Patreon, like maybe I should put it on hiatus while I figure shit out but nah I'm good.
In a related note, I am gonna have to retire the Sketch Tier, at least momentarily, since I really want to catch up with everything.

Finally done with the commissions from July uwu;
As mentioned in past packs I've been working on the way I do sketches and that's gonna affect the packs a little bit. Drawing significantly smaller so the resize folder is gonna be a little emptier if not entirely absent in future packs .3.;
Picking up from last pack, trying to figure out stuff for sketches. Ended up trying out some traditional art, which I haven't done in a whiiile; I really like 2H pencils, but it mostly made me realize I want a display tablet TvT
The Akemi sketch is the look I might end up going for but not entirely sure.

Changing the brush I use for sketches. Compare the 2 Stilva pictures to see what I mean, but basically the one I had been using for a bit now is really comfortable but it always felt too clean. The other one is messier but a bit harder to use, I still need to fuck around with the settings to get the right feel for it.
My sleep schedule is so fucked up rn and I can't seem to fix it at all qwq;;

I think I used a different brush for each file in this pack :'3 It's kinda hard to settle on a single one, ngl and I prefer going for whatever feels right instead of forcing myself to use a specific brush

Mostly working on Patreon with some stuff for myself in-between.
Also designing a new character, a vertically-challenged drake girl named Akemi. Not 100% done with her, but I'm getting there. Is it bad I'm recycling traits a friend of mine rejected when I was trying to draw their characters? 🤔 I'll admit I'm sorta doing it out of spite but I really like these traits and I wanna keep drawing them.

Starting work on patreon sketches and also personal stuff.
I've been wanting to make a new wallpaper for a while so thats what the Stilva pic is for; I wanna make a bunch of different versions in the future for that purpose too. It's a remake of a pic I made last year, I always liked that pic and felt like I could do a whole lot more with the angle but sadly I didn't make it very....alt-friendly.
Anyways, expect more personal drawings in the future
