Bringing a more exotic horny factor to proceedings is Jessica from Clan Fetch (yes that outdated reference is in the actual game, and no I'm not going to apologize). While normally lazing around the springs in Bountiful Harvest v0.2, Jessica is one of the many town folk who can receive and enjoy a bust potion from the player. From the moment we met the scout from Dunshire, Eimear's good intentions (and/or horniness) have taken her on some wild adventures - there was the one where she fought a witch, got a sneaky lay, got another sneaky lay, yeeted said witch, got bitched at, was flashed, gave some sneaky head, got another sneaky lay and got shot at. Over the last two years (2023, 2024), we've run a March Madness competition with the Girls of the Grove! The premise is simple - take a classic March Madness showdown and eliminate one girl every few days, until we have the undeniable Queen of March!
It's definitely a nice bit of interaction with our Patrons, but with the new year and a new March fast approaching, the question is do we do it again in 2025 (including the new roster of girls who have been added since the last one)?

Hey everyone! Sorry we haven't been on the comms much, we've both been working till midnight every night just to get this thing done and out past the gate. Apologies it is marginally after the end of the month.
Right off the bat I'd like to thank Valkern for his amazing efforts in remaking The Pill, basically from scratch in Ren'Py. I take my hat off to you, sir.
To list everything that has been changed from the last version would take miles of post space, so instead I'll just list the key bits:
The Pill, now in Renpy! New UI, save system and much more.
Chapters 4-5 are newly voiced, meaning all of chapters 1-5 are voiced
Chapter 6: The Intern now added to the game!
13 new achievements have been added
All of chapter 4's animations have been redone.
All ending achievement images have been redone
Massive number of tweaks to the script, images, expressions, and audio across all chapters
I hope you all enjoy it, as it has been a hell of an experience over these last two months. As always if you have any issues let me know in the comments or over on the bug channel in discord.

Hey all, just another update to the work we're doing on The Pill conversion!
The core game 1-5 has been built (with the new voices) and the standard functions have been tested. Massive thanks to Lady Grove and our developer Valkern for making that come to life!
I've spent the last few weeks remaking the Luca vids, remaking the achievements and building all the expressions for Chapter 6. While I was doing that, Lady Grove finished coding the bones of Chapter 6, and is now busy re-testing all the final bits of chapter 1-5 with the new achievements (and doing a general polish). Meanwhile I'm on to the sound design for Chapter 6.
Still a long way to go, but I'm quietly optimistic for our release at the end of the month!
Also, if you missed it - just one last shout out for any Colossal Contributors who have never contacted us before to DM us with their chosen name if you want to be included in the games credits! (If you have contacted us at any point in the past don't worry, you'll still be included).

Howdy hey all! Another mini update as we progress on our Ren'Py retrofit of The Pill. I have completed the reworking on the Luca animations and have moved on to doing the updates to some of our oldest achievements. We've got two comparisons in the post title (and attached) as an example of the changes we're (re)making.
They're naturally higher resolution, and have a bit more context relating to the ending story itself.
While I work on this, Lady Grove is busy filling what we call the "emotional checklist" for chapter 6 (which is a list of what poses/expression stills we'll need in each chapter). We're at about 70 now, which is pretty average for a chapter so I'm hoping it doesn't blow out by much more. Now back to it!

Hey all, just a super quick one here. I'm still working on the Luca rework animations and wanted to share a side by side of a particularly dramatic visual change. I've already shared a comparison vid, but this still of the exact same moment really illustrates the many subtle changes coming together to improve the vids.
For one, changing the lighting is giving a much more dappled look to the scene. Reducing the background blur also helps to the image appear higher quality and the whole lighting rework makes her skin tone way more natural, even though I haven't actually touched the model's materials.
All the pics are linked if you want a higher res explore. As a random bonus, I recently came across the first animation I ever made for The Pill (Belle_BE_Expansion1). I've also attached it for some nostalgia and to reflect on how far the game has come.
We'll have a more substantial progress update at some point in the coming week. Now back to it!

Hey all, hope you're all having a great new year. As part of the massive Ren'Py retrofit, we're looking to fix up some of the old animations that were not using some of our more recent techniques.
The biggest of these is in Luca's chapter, where I've never been completely happy with the lighting. This is the first of the remake versions I've done to give an example of the changes.
I should note given how big Luca's chapter is, this may have to be postponed to the next update if we run out of time (getting a stable build of all 6 chapters is our number one priority).

Howdy hey everyone! Hope you're doing well in this weird time between Xmas and New Year's. Frankly I have no idea what day it is, but that doesn't seem to be an impediment right now.
Here is our third update to the big old conversion of The Pill into Ren'Py. Lady Grove has been working diligently with our developer and they've got the original game conversion almost complete! We're down to final testing on chapters 4 & 5.
(I should note however, this doesn't include the new additions to the base game beyond the VO, I'll modify the progress chart when this stage is done to include those new elements).
For my part, I've started on the animations for Chapter 6! I've made 9 of the 12 that are going to be implemented in the game. After they're done, it's on to expressions and seeing how the chapter flows as actual gameplay.
So still plenty to do! But I'm excited to see the results.

Lady Grove is back again to give our festive thanks to all our wonderful Patrons! 2024 was a big year for us, and we deeply appreciate everyone who took the time effort to give us their support. The games we released, the animations we did - all of it, would not have happened without your help.

Another week working on The Pill and we're continuing to make progress! Well, I say 'we'. It's mostly Lady Grove and our coder working on it right now. This week I spent almost all of my time on the upcoming X-mas video.
No regrets though, because the video is looking good and the progress made by the other two is substantial! We've put a bow on chapter 3, and on to finalizing chapter 4.
In addition, LG has been working hard to code the hodgepodge of a script I wrote for chapter 6 into Ren'Py, and is getting close to completion. I'm yet to tackle the art/animation side of that chapter, but that's a job for next week.
The work continues!

So it has been a hot minute since we've used these progress charts... okay two years may be more than a hot minute, but we've been doing other stuff! We wanted to illustrate how the progress is going for our massive conversion of The Pill into Ren'Py, and here's where we're at. In short? We're on track for the January release.
If you take nothing else away from it, know that the script for Chapter 6 is written, and is similar in scope to Chapter 5. While we've got the classics, I've also added some new stuff in there we've never done in The Pill before, that I hope will surprise and delight.
Also, as an aside - all the images here (aside from the classic Belle) were custom made for this graph, and you can find them attached in a zip, if you so desire.

Greetings all, as you may know, we are spending spending December and January doing a massive game engine conversion for The Pill, including a new bonus chapter! And since every other girl seems to have been... displaced... we have a new girl taking the reigns by the name of Vera*!
I've got the chapter's structure down and am in the process of writing the script for it right now. Vera has a surprising connection to the main story, and I hope that it will add some entertainment, further filling out the lore of The Pill (as far as it exists).
Later this week we'll be releasing progress updates, letting you know just where we're at with the Ren'Py retrofit.
*Since it is in development her look may change before the final result.

Hi everyone, just letting you know that we're changing up the usual reward structure for Dec & Jan. For a tl;dr skip to the bottom.
Rather than the standard rewards for both months, we will be taking the time to finish up and deliver a single large project that we have been working on for quite some time. The project? A full conversion of The Pill from Unity into Ren'Py.
This is an important step for us in terms of game stability (particularly on Android) and furthering the game's development. It also won't just be a straight port, but will have significant improvements over the current version including:
All existing chapters will be now fully voiced (adding over 1800 lines of VO)
A new tangential chapter will be added (featuring a new transforming gal)
Vastly improved load times
New UI tools such as skipping
New and remade achievements
Reworked and upressed animations for certain chapters
While functionally similar, the game will be running on completely different code and has been remade from scratch. Lady Grove has been working hand in hand on this mammoth undertaking with an unparalleled developer and because of all their hard work so far I am of the opinion this will be the best iteration of The Pill to date.
To be clear: any patron who is billed during either December or January at the Sweater Stretcher or Colossal Contributor tier will be given the game as a reward, however along the way we'll be doing sneak peeks at the new animations and voices, updates on our progress and other behind the scenes items as we finish this game conversion. We may even sneak in a cheeky x-mas vid if we can find the time😉

We're finally here folks! It has been a hell of a journey and I want to give a massive thanks to everyone who took the time to comment throughout. Some of your comments even changed the final outcome, but I won't say whose 😉
This has broken the record for our longest vid ever, coming in at over 8:30, which when you take out the minute or so of title cards still makes it our longest by a few minutes (we rendered over 19,000 stills for it!).
Being so long, I added in an extra lower res version for people who wanted to download the whole thing but were limited in space. It's about half the file size of the main one.
A big shout out to our two VAs, Pleased by Vivi and Leo Greystone who have done an amazing job bringing Benny and Nadia to life.
Also another big shout out to everyone who was a patron in November! This is where I'd normally tell you what we're doing in December, but that is a bit different to normal, so a post dedicated to that will be out before long!
