Modern day Evil Spinnerette's outfit was already pretty stripper-tastic, so Rocio had to ramp it up with Big Hair to make her look more 90's.

Here's Franco's design for Silver Age Evil Spinnerette.  In classic comics, the heroes always had primary color schemes, the villains had secondary colors.

The obvious problem with this draft is only two arms, the other is her relatively plausible anatomy.

Rocio was a fan of the green-skinned version, which definitely was a 90's thing.  Witch = green.
