The idea is that they wrote each other cute little love letters and they spontaneously decided to read them right there and then. Crowley's letter might be a little spicier than Aziraphale expected and Crowley is very smug about being able to see the reaction. (Aziraphale loves it. Obviously.)

I think this is the first time I'm ever making art for Valentine's Day! Once he's tried a nap for the first time, he can't seem to let go of them anymore. More often than not Crowley will find his angel gently floating above his desk, as if he can't will his wings, hidden on another plane of existence of course, to keep still in his sleep 💕

Happy February! Thank you all so, so much for your patience last month. I’m mostly settled in my new flat now, I’ve got my desk space set up and I have a fully functioning kitchen and bedroom as well so the worst of my moving adventure is over. Finally a WIP for February's postcard! I chose an era that has less detailed clothing because I knew I wouldn't have as much time for this big piece than I normally do due to my move. I kind of Crowley-ed myself though because I forgot that the Eden lads have wings 😆 BUT I think I've managed to include them and hide them pretty nicely at the same time. Eventually y'all will get your wing love painting, promise.

I've had this piece sketched for months now and I finally managed to colour it!
My Crowley might be one the more muscular side but Aziraphale is definitely not shy to show off once in a while either 😌
(moving is going well! i have a living room now which was the one room who took the most time to prep. I still need some shelves and a wardrobe but after that i can move in for real, it's super exciting!)

Edit: I decided to spend a little more time on this piece because when I initially posted it, I had rushed to show you all before December ends. I feel like they're a little better integrated into the scene now, Aziraphale's hair deserved to be properly rendered and defining the light source behind them tied it a bit more together. I will be super honest, there's no super deep meaning that went into these pieces(though I think there's different things you can read into them), I just really wanted to draw them with clouds swirling around their heads 😄 I did try to show a difference in their skin though! Crowley's skin is supposed to look wet while Aziraphale's looks matte. I hope it worked hehe
