I've been visiting the hospital recently due to severe shoulder pain. This is the reason for the recent decrease in my workload and communication. It's because of your support that I'm able to make a living as a creator, and I'm always truly grateful for your patronage.
If you have anything you'd like to say or ask, please feel free to send me a Patreon DM or leave a comment on this post. Suggestions for future regular work series are also always welcome. I am fully aware of the pending requests, and I will process them as quickly as possible once my shoulder recovers.
...My left shoulder is starting to ache again as I write this. I'm going to get some sleep now to manage my condition.

最近、肩の痛みがひどく、病院に通っております。作業量が一時的に減り、皆様とのコミュニケーションが滞りがちになっているのも、これが原因です。皆様からのご支援のおかげで、私は生計を立てることができております。いつも本当にありがとうございます。
私に伝えたいことや質問などがございましたら、いつでもPatreonのDMか、この投稿のコメント欄にお気軽にお寄せください。定例作業で見てみたいシリーズのご提案も、いつでも大歓迎です。遅延しているリクエスト作業についても常に把握しており、肩の調子が戻り次第、迅速に対応いたします。
…これを書いている今も、左肩が痛みますね。体調管理のため、これから休みます。

The doctor advised me not to overwork myself for a day, so unfortunately, I was only able to upload the bonus illustration post. My apologies to everyone who was waiting! (Though I did prepare a much larger batch than usual 😭)
After a good rest, here is the plan for today:

こんにちは。昨日（1月12日）は、急な肩の痛みで病院（ペインクリニック）へ行ってまいりました。医師から「一日無理をしないように」との指示を受けたため、やむを得ずボーナス・イラストの投稿のみとさせていただきました。お待ちいただいていた皆様、申し訳ありません！（その代わり、いつもよりかなり多めにご用意しました😭）
しっかり休んで復帰した、本日の作業計画は以下の通りです。
