So here is my check in (I do these w a trainer) I decided to show the weekly progress to show you that it is possible to lose weight, gain muscle, not cut out carbs and NOT incorporate cardio.
I say this because I hate cardio😂
The most I will do is the day after leg day I like to add a 10 minute incline walk on the treadmill. It’s good to get a good stretch and blood flowing through those muscles after they have torn. This way they can healing process is less painful.
Last day of the trip to Pax was the best day to just be cozy and relaxed. It’s such a blessing to able to just go hang out with everyone in a more relaxed way instead of dressing up all the time (tho we love doing it lol). Some days you want to be like bam I look good and some days you just want to put on a little mascara and your favorite new beanie and hang out. Thank you for loving us in all our forms. Xoxo, Syd

HEY HEY HEY! Guess what weee diiiiid! This Eleven & Max photoshoot was so freaking fun. We took a trip to Ikea and messed around posing in their bedrooms and bathrooms and then we headed out to the mall to get some more shopping/mall type pics!

This was such an empowering shoot! I really got to embrace my curves and love my body just as it is. We are looking into maybe doing more boudoir in the future on here so look out for that. I'm gonna admit that this one is mostly cats, BUT there is also a little trip to Mt.Hood where we went snow tubing with family, a clip from my birthday dinner and a little peek at what happened along the renovations!
