We get another look at how Yoon Yeon Seok's serial killer character terrorizes otherwise happy and ordinary taxi driver Lee Sung Min. I do love Lee Sung Min, but I'm not sure I wanna watch him being terrorized. π

I ended up enjoying Sweet Home quite well, but I have to admit, I don't know if I'm ready for Sweet Home 2. This season promises to be darker and more confronting than Season 1, and I'm not sure if I'm up for that. ππ

This one's giving me Hometown Cha Cha Cha spin-off feels, and I mean that in a good way! I like the seaside setting, and I'm cautiously optimistic about our pairing of Ji Chang Wook and Shin Hye Sun. Here's hoping Show turns out to be as heartwarming and enjoyable as Hometown Cha Cha Cha!

Hi everyone!
Here I am again, with this week's updates & announcements..
1. How I'm doing
I tested negative for covid on Wednesday, and so I was able to attend my surgery follow-up appointment at the hospital on Thursday.
On the upside, my doctor is satisfied with my recovery progress. I still have a ways to go, and she will see me again in 6 months, in May.
In the meantime, I need to be patient and take things slow.

E1-2. I hadn't been sure what to expect, coming into this one (I mean, I don't think we've had a similar castaway type premise in a kdrama yet, until this one?), but I'm really happy to say that I like this show, so far.
Admittedly, episode 1 does serve up more pathos and pain than I'd originally imagined, but it makes narrative sense to me, and I like that it adds an undercurrent of poignance to everything, because I find this makes everything feel more emotionally grabby, to me.

Administrative note: I've decided to cover this show while trying to mirror its airing schedule as closely as possible.
