OK, I admit Lorraine has been a surprise. She was created when the Coalition of Science was coming into the animations and I didn't think too much of her at the time. I actually thought Maxine Baas was going to be the breakaway 'hit' character. Well, here we are - more Lorraine and less Maxine. Worry not Maxine fans, she is still around an in universe!

The Solution! Growth Lab 44 - had many moments not usually found in my comics. Did you know Luna absorbed not one, but TWO mini moons of energy?!!? She did! That and a whole lot more happened. Mostly, it was a fun changeup for me. The comic is available for all in my main gallery as well as in PDF form for all patrons.

I know I don't always focus on Emily but make no mistake, she has really risen in the last few years. I love her character, her look and personality. I know that may seem an odd thing to say considering I made her but my fellow creators might understand she has taken on a life of her own. A lot of times when I create a new cast member I actually look to put them in logically (at least as much as can be allowed). From there, I set up scenes and just let them go.

Going through some older comics and doing spot recolors. This is from Bombs Away and I think this was the first time I started using the Clip Studio brush/pen I now use. A few pages from an older comic - Grand Opening - in color! Had a lot of fun drawing this one back in 2017. These new colors were me testing out some ideas for coloring future comics.
