PSD-file (Animation): Another version
This file consists of 24 folders. For making animation you you must copy layer with your character's colors to any of them (under the layer with shades), and then translate 24 folders into 24 layers.
And now you have 24 layers from which you can make an animation.

Hi! I think I did a really stupid thing: I promised animation, but I didn't know how you will make it. So I offer you a two versions for now.
1) SIMPLE PSD-file: Just file WITHOUT animation. It is a static image.

I take part in some projects. I think you all know first - Freeze Frame - anime visual novel etc. We have a second demo version now, but we need a few backgrounds to finish it :D I asked our screenwriter to open a test for those patrons who wish. I will inform you when he agrees ;)

It is a character from visual novel 'Freeze Frame'. Her name is Eva, but she call herself Acidy. Soon there will be a demo version of the novel and you'll could read it :)
(But Eva will not be in demo, but in fill version).
